These people are usually so nice, my wife is a regular at this location, and they know her. She was excited to go for her birthday to get her free coffee drink, she only orders a medium hot coffee- so nothing fancy… she showed them the app and her email and ID but because they couldn’t find the code they refused to give it to her so she just paid for it and left. No happy birthday, no free drink….That to me is just poor customer service, and makes me so sad they couldn’t just make something so small happen for her… DO BETTER PEOPLE!

I just left here—ordering and service was quick and fine, but I’m so mad—my pumpkin muffin has no streusel or frosting on it!!! Disgusting!! Also, my iced pumpkin latte had no whipped cream. Do they just not use toppings here? I don’t understand how some Dunkin’s just do what they want—aren’t they all supposed to be uniform? Of course I tried calling and it’s an 800 number that’s automated.

Coffee is always watery, no matter how it’s ordered. Thought it was a one time thing, but am truly mistaken and immediate regret after each time stopping at this location. They don’t know how to make coffee here. Nor make toast for that matter. Just gave a normal piece of bread for the avocado TOAST. Friendly people, terrible coffee

3 times in a row the Manager got my drink wrong. 3rd time the drink was wrong I drove back through the drive thru to let her know. She then argued with me about it. Terrible experience. Store owner is too cheap to hire more staff. The issue is she runs the cash register, head set, makes food and runs coffee. She can’t do all those jobs with cars backing up in the drive thru and get drink orders correct.

Always get stale donuts unless you ask for fresh (even then its questionable). Also after ordering through the app they were out of something and instead of replacing or refunding they said I needed to contact customer service online, Who then said I needed to contact the store directly. No response after multiple attempts since October, no refund.

Ordered a small gingerbread latte and small cup of ice water. $3.98. Order was confirmed. Went to pickup window and was handed the coffee which had no whipped cream or sprinkles as have gotten at other Dunkins. Asked where the small ice water was. The guy said with real attitude it would be 1 extra dollar for small cup of water. The receipt listed 2 items with total already paid at order window. Won’t ever go back to this new location. 1 star because they had coffee. Minus 5 stars for customer service.
