The sweetest girls were working there this morning. Really brightened our day. We got 3 sandwiches and two hot coffees and one iced coffee. My in-laws hadn’t had Dunkin coffee before and my MIL was very impressed with the coffee quality. I loved my iced coffee, as usual. The sandwiches were delicious and seemed very hefty in comparison to McDonald’s sandwiches.

The drive-through took hours this morning to go through. Once you’re I’m the drive-through lane, you can’t leave. It’s very inconvenient for anyone in a hurry. Much quicker to go in and order because the inside was taken care of first it took at least an hour to get to get to the spot where you order in the drive through and a voice comes through the speaker and says they will get to we when it was possible. I left and went and got coffee from across the street where it was 4 dollars cheaper then dunking and the only wait was for your order after it was ordered not an hour to get to where you ordered and then Still had to wait a half hour for them to have time. They either need more employees or better ways to managing drive through and counter time. Love the milk shakes and donuts and ice cream, but I’m not sure i will go through the drive-through again after this mornings experience. It was not there for convenience today.

Ordered 2 shakes, after about 15 minutes of being only car in drive thru finally received our milk, yes milk!! I was told they made it to company recipes, if they actually made shakes they sat on the counter for the entire 15 minutes melting!! For $18, I’ll definitely never be back to this Dunkin’! Atmosphere is 2 stars, since I was in my car where they couldn’t hear me complaining about the wait!

Stopped in for some ice cream, they had a LOT of flavors to pick from. Service was great, the gal was very friendly and happy. They have tables outside that we sat at to enjoy our treat.

Typical Dunkin’ Donuts shop located in International Falls, MN. I had a Glazed Donut and coffee from the drive through on my way back home. Quality was good and service was quick.

Was not impressed. Drink went in garbage b4 leaving. They put like 5 pumps of syrup in my medium drink so sweet it wasn’t drinkable. Asked for new one they said no! Got a 6pk of donuts 5 of 6 so dry you couldnt eat them. Wish they would tend to quality b4 cell phones/ visiting
