The food is usually pretty good. The donuts are usually fresh and drinks are good as well. The service can be good rarely depending on the person you interact with, but usually it seems like you are inconveniencing them by being there. Definitely keeps me from going there if I’m already having a tough day, since interacting with borderline rude workers takes some mental energy.

I was a regular at this location until now, the experience lately has been terrible. Customer service extremely downhill and quality of orders is non existing clearly look at this chocolate croissant that was completely black and hard as a rock! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

If you are going to pull the drive through only card post it online as well. Don’t just have your employees stand there and point to the drive through. If you change your hours also post it. I’m not going to your drive through to buy doughnuts. I want to pick my own.

This place is horrible. There are ALWAYS somethings that are unavailable. I was here last week for breakfast I ordered through the drive through. My order was just messed up.. a missing item that I paid for and was given avocado spreader instead of avocado toasts. It was just ridiculous how employees are indifferent and not attentive. As usual, there will be only one or two options for the bagels and donuts. I am not surprised with the very bad reviews this place has. It needs serious work. DD is a great brand and this location seems to be very poorly managed.

I asked for an iced mocha latte with whipped cream and half and half. They didn’t give me what I ask for when I sent my husband back in to fix the order they said that’s what it is. I know it’s not what it is because I’ve always ordered the same drink here. They refused to fix my drink. So I guess I’m never coming back . I know that me never coming back is not going to affect your bottom line but I hope that other people see this review and know that you’re a s@#t company.
