I asked for a lite ice got three quarters a cup of ice, instead of like less than a half a cup or a quarter cup, she said that is lite ice.. showed pictures of what it should of been. And what it was.. sandwich was delicious. But the place was a mess every garbage can overflowing garbage all over the bathroom no sweeteners were filled.. Hope it was clear behind the counter.. probably take this one off my list of ones to stop at.

The window person insisted I ordered a dz. Donuts. I ordered 1/2 doz. When we opened the donut boxes they were unappealing & 8 of the twelve were the same basic donut. The frosting looked runny. Our sandwiches were just okay. I bought the donuts to share with guests at an event and I am very disappointed.

I have gone to this dunkin for about 4-5 years now. I loved when they had the peach refreshers but ever since they got rid of them I haven’t been coming as often. But today I ordered a green tea with no ice, and I was told that it wouldn’t be filled to the top because of it. Numerous times I’ve gotten a green tea with no ice and they have never told me it wouldn’t be filled to the top besides today. But when I got the large cup it was less than half full. I understand filling it to where it says 2 on the cup like that’s 2/3 of the way. But not when I get it at 1/3 of the cup. And I even said I would pay extra for it to be filled all the way. So I payed extra for less than half a cup of green tea. Not impressed and I will not be coming back to this location.

We were really looking forward to Dunkin this morning. Unfortunately, we were met with poor service from the start. The woman at the window was rude about unclear directions she gave us to move our car from the drive through to wait for food. She then came back to the window to snap at us to move our car as we did not do so quick enough. Upon waiting in a parking space for just two food items and two coffees, we found that the food was burnt, and the iced coffee tasted extremely bitter to the point we threw them out immediately. I rarely go to Dunkin because I’m not a huge fan of the food but I do crave the coffee every now and then and compared to other places around the pricing there is awesome. The lady in the drive-through gave me attitude for no reason and seemed to be all over the place. The girl who actually handed me my order seemed nice but I was looking in the window at all of the girls standing around and none of them looked happy whatsoever…They all looked frustrated and lost. I don’t know whats going on here but whoever is in charge (and I mean the manager but ALSO their manager) needs to do better. This is a coffee shop it should be fun, fast, simple and clean. Not miserable, with no order and the people working it are miserable. C’mon people. Hope these girls start having better times or get a different job. Coffee was good and tried the snacking bacon or whatever they call it that was pretty decent as well so at least the drink n food came out good.

I am sorry I can’t recommend anything because both of our breakfast sandwiches were cold. What’s worse than having bacon that is undercooked, with cold eggs with sour dough bread that isn’t toasted? My sandwich, which was tossed in the trash, looked nothing like the photo.

This is a doughnut shop so when a customer asks for a plain doughnut there shouldn’t be a problem……however 2 days in a row I asked for the “old fashion plain” doughnut and was told they didn’t have time to make them. WHAT? This is one of the more popular doughnuts and is usually sold out, so I’m told, by 9am. Seriously?

The woman who took my order was very rude an pushy about adding things to my order. I just wanted coffee you didnt have to ask me about 3 different food items when i said just coffee twice. When i finally get to the window they didn’t give me my receipt(im assuming they didnt want a survey from me) all of my drinks were wrong, 2 got thrown out because they were disgusting 1 was tolerable. This business has gone downhill in the last year. I will never look at a boston creme the same after biting into one that was solid and half frosted. Management needs to step up the game after this experience. NOT COMING HERE AGAIN

Went to go get coffee and a pup cup. While I was ordering in the drive through the person over the system had an attitude with me the entire time for no reason. I was polite the entire time. Once I got to the window she snatched my card from my hand. Never gave me a receipt that I had asked for and when she forgot my pup cup I ever so nicely just asked about the pup cup and she stormed off filled it and made another worker come to the window with it. This was today 2/08/2023 at about 10:30 am. She was a smaller girl with black hair and a blue long sleeve on. I will be calling corporate the service was absolutely appalling.
