I go to Dunkin at least 5 days a week. I have never had bad service. There have been times when the wait was longer, but they are short staffed just like every other business these days. The new manager (redhead) is super pleasant and friendly. Having worked in food service for over 30 years I know what it takes. With every new business it takes a bit to get it in tip top shape. Rome wasn’t built in a day!

The service here is ridiculous!!!! I waited 10 minutes at the drive through pad….waited another 10-15 minutes to get my order. I only ordered a latte and 10 munchies. It is like this every time I come. I absolutely LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts but the service is making me not want to come anymore. I come before work and have to give myself at least 30 mins extra. Drive through is supposed to be FAST!!!!

Great food and drinks, but the snarky comments from the manager are enough to keep me away. You make customers feel uncomfortable because of your short unnecessary comments. I dismissed it the first time as they were short staffed, but seems to be her normal behavior. Do better Dunkin.

went there this morning and went through the drive thru and had to wait, which isn’t a big deal. but expressed I wanted the salted caramel cold foam on top of my vanilla cold brew, along with cream and sugar and was met with just the regular sweet cold foam, with no cream or sugar. along with my order, I requested another vanilla cold brew with sweet cold flam on top. for that one, I was presented with no sweet cold foam of any kind. also, no receipt was given.

came here to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich with my girlfriend. they didn’t give me the discount for the sandwich that was displayed on the screen, and after having to explain where on the screen the discount was displayed, they gave me a cash refund. then they forgot to make my coffee so i just got a refund.

I ordered a blueberry coolatta. It tasted like straight up blended water with blue food coloring. No flavor whatsoever. I nicely asked the worker if I could possibly get a strawberry coolatta instead and I was told that that wasn’t possible and that if I wanted a replacement, I’d have to pay for it. So I just threw away the whole drink. Disappointed considering the fact that it was their mistake.

Wow. The service here was absolutely horrendous. I stood there for five minutes waiting to order coffee while five or six employees ran around with their headsets on and completely ignored me and my daughter. Finally we got the coffee and it is just average coffee. THEN, we made the mistake of going back a few hours for donuts, and they were completely sold out!! Is this Dunkin’ Donuts or not?? Just wow.

Went through the drive thru and got my first and last ever iced caramel machiatto. Was told one price thru the speaker, a higher price at the window, received a drink that was basically all milk/cream with little actual coffee. The only way you could tell there was coffee was an underlying burnt taste. Will not return.
