Sunday morning around 7am. Saw a wonderful display of donuts and each basket was at least half full of more. It was eerily quiet, no one present at counter or in sight. I was going to turn around to leave. Then I noticed over tall partition a worker was listen to drive through order over headset. I was still going to leave when she stepped over to get donuts to fill drive through order. She greeted me and said someone would be right over. Gentleman came next and was good. He filled my order for dozen donuts. While I was waiting to be served I noticed two bins of donuts that did not look so good. White frosted long johns that the frosting had slid off. Another bin red jelly filled donuts that were over filled and looked like jelly volcano donuts. I have had lack luster experience at this location in the past. I thought I would give it another try this am. Staff was pleasant and friendly today. Photos White frosted long johns are near top. Jelly filled lower right.

Been coming here semi-regularly for years. I only come for the coffee and food, which is ok. The employees are generally very rude. They pretty much never greet you, ask how they can help, or say please or thank you. Service is quite slow. Ordering ahead does not help. Most of the time when I place a mobile walk in order, I end up waiting just as long, if not longer, than customers who order at the counter. Occasionally, there are a couple of employees that have been super awesome and helpful. Unfortunately, in my experience, that has been the exception and not the norm.

Idk if the guy with the white beard was just having a rough day but he was so rude. The younger kid and lady with grey hair were the nicest and were genuine and kind. The others seemed closed off, completely shut down, and just plain rude. There needs to be some major changes to this staff.

The coffee is probably the worst of all the chains – somehow too sweet and watered down at the same time. The food station is down 75% of the time so you can’t get food. They either don’t have the donut you want available or it’s super stale. This is the closest coffee shop to my house so I still go occasionally when I’m in a rush but otherwise would avoid it to go to literally any other shop whenever possible.

The workers here really need customer service classes. No greetings, literally gave me the “are you f’n dumb” looks and then threw my food on the pick up counter after I asked a simple question about how my drink didn’t come with cream when I ordered swirl. They must have changed the way they make their drinks since it used to be called swirls for creamer with flavor.

I ordered in drivethough a “nutty pumpkin “ off the menu, I order this everyday! Today, it was a large “cream” coffee with a splash of coffee zero flavor. I went inside to try and get it re-made. Staff didn’t offer assistance to me or the other 10+ in the building waiting to be helped. 15min went by and finally got help, once getting that….. they took my coffee, put a new lid on it and gave it back to me. Doing this behind a. Tall counter so I couldn’t see it. I get back in my vehicle, try it and notice it’s still white coffee. Very disappointed in the service and the coffee itself. Very rude staff using vulgar language as well, talking bad about customers and employees.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Have gone on numerous Friday mornings at 7am to pick up donuts for my staff and the selection is always terrible and not enough staff and too long of a wait. I walked out the last time when I asked for 2 dozen and the gentlemen behind the counter said, “Okay, but this is all I have…” and then had to walk away to solve another problem… Will not go back to this location. Very disappointing as it’s the only one nearby.
