This Dunkin Donuts is terrible. We’ve gone 4 times now because it’s a convenient location and whenever I’m near it I stupidly think “they probably just had a new person making the coffee last time. They can’t screw up coffee all the time, they’re a coffee shop”. Every single time I go the coffee tastes terrible or the signature drink is made wrong. Every time. I ordered a cold brew once and it was so watered down and just tasted absolutely terrible. One time I got a signature latte that tasted weird and the toppings were completely wrong— don’t they have training? Or even recipe cards with pictures they can follow?? I got a regular coffee today and it had coffee grounds floating in it and sitting at the bottom. Why is this location even open? They can’t even figure out how to make regular coffee.

This used to be a decent location until recently. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what but there was FOUR of us in the drive thru and we waited 20 minutes without anyone taking our orders. It took 20 minutes for the first person to get their order taken and the rest of us waited another 10 minutes with nothing. Eventually we all left and the first person was just getting their order. They should be taking orders and not just one at a time. Super sad because I loved this location

The employee was very nice and apologized for our order taking long, he mentioned that he was working by himself and he had multiple other customer orders to take care of. The company should not allow this to happen. These employees are not paid enough to be under a stressful situation like this one.

Service is terrible. I specifically ask for no Blueberry munchkins, and what do I get? Blueberry munchkins. Lattes come with whipped cream and mine did not have it. Hot chocolate was watered down. I’ve worked at dunkin before different location so I know for sure this should not be happening consistently.

I don’t know why I do this to myself. I’ve gone to this location multiple times and they have either ALWAYS messed up the order or forgotten something all together. Today was no exception. I went through the drive thru this morning ordered breakfast for myself and my 4 co-workers. Each of us had something different. I get my bag and my drink and pull forward as there was a long line behind me. Check the bag and I have 4 of the same things. Mind you I said myself and 4 co-workers so one thing was forgotten all together and 3 of the 4 in the bag were incorrect. So, I parked the car and went in and said I was just in the drive thru and my order is totally wrong. A young woman behind the counter decides it’s a good time to crack a joke and says well is it what the sticker says? I said there isn’t a sticker and i’m running late for work so please fix this. I told the gentleman what I had ordered and he hands me a bag with 4 items after some time. I said we are still missing something. I went through the list and he said check check check check and we figured out what was missing. SO I get to work and the stuff in the bag is STILL incorrect. At this point i’m beyond irritated and spent money on food I didn’t order. I will NOT be returning to this location and I will continue to tell everyone not to go here as well!

The cashier didn’t even realize I had been standing there until after a car came to the drive thru. Not like it made much difference, there were 4 donuts and 3 coffee rolls in the whole store! Really disappointing as I love my DD! Also disappointed about the freshness, they tasted more like day-old donuts than nice, fresh dunkies!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Every single time I go to this location the order is wrong (btw it’s always ONE sandwich only). I don’t understand how difficult it is to read an order and hand over the correct bag. The customer service is terrible as well. Go to any other one in town!! It’s worth the five minute drive down to Washington Avenue. Washington Avenue gets it correct!!
