This locations has really gotten it together in the last few months. I’ve had consistency and dependability with my usual orders and I’ll target this location for anything new I want to try off the menu. The morning shift team is great—every time I order off the app, my coffee is ready when I get there and a team member makes contact. Happy to have this Dunkin location close by!

Very disappointed in this location. It’s close to my house, so I’d stop here on my way to work every morning. The last few times (maybe about 5) my drink has tasted completed watered down. This morning, I decided to stop and hope it was better. I ordered the peppermint mocha latte, and this is what I received. I had not even drank from it when I took these photos. There was no wait at the window, so the whipped cream couldn’t have melted that quickly because when I drove up to the window the drink was already prepared. When I took a sip of it, there was absolutely zero flavor even with the peppermint mocha added. It tastes like dirty water, which makes me wonder if they even added any flavor or the number of pumps they were supposed to.

Lana the manager constantly yells at Andrew. She’s done it in front of customers constantly whenever I come in. When I asked a coworker about it today, she said “oh no she always jokes with him like that”. And it seems like with previous reviews, other people have witnessed it too. Andrew is SO sweet! His coworkers seem to think this is okay as well.

The only time they get fresh donuts is in the morning and they don’t even make the donuts there anymore they get them delivered only in the morning, so if you’re thinking about getting donuts in the afternoon don’t because they’ll be stale. I definitely won’t be getting donuts from there again, lesson learned.

I have a dairy allergy and every time I go (4x a week) I ask for dairy free alternatives and they almost always ring me up for regular creamer. This morning I went and asked for a bagel without cream cheese and they still put it on, and also forgot my hash browns I ordered. Unfortunately I was already too far to go back and have it fixed. Their phone line also makes you leave a message, so you aren’t able to speak to someone on the team. I love this location, but recently they are just off their game and it is super disappointing.

The place is a joke. The drive thru board doesn’t even list the price or show the donuts. Instead they devote two entire price boards to items other than DONUTS!! They told me at the drive thru window they would recite the names of the donuts. When I ordered a Cruller they said they don’t even carry them! I went to Krispy Kreme and had a wonderful experience.
