Ok as someone whom has consumed more dunkin iced coffee at more locations than I care to say I have even worked for dunkin I can tell you that this is the worst dunkin I have ever been to the iced coffee tasted burnt and like water you can not taste the swirl. It is like they took hot coffee and just poured it over ice which is not how dunkin makes their iced coffee and is the only reason that they are worth the money. I can say I was shocked that they didn’t toast the bagel before putting strawberry cream cheese on it which again was terrible. The cream cheese was like they tried to stretch it and mixed way too much regular cream cheese it should be bright pink this was white with a hint of pink. Seeing that there are so little dunkins in this state and now I understand why very sad that I was so disappointed

We did a mobile order for 12 and when we got there, and they were all have to donuts that we ordered your head and one and asked to select it from what they have left, which was none of the ones we would eat so we got our money back and very disappointing so we will probably never come there again so don’t do mobile orders because you don’t get what you asked for. I was really disappointed this time, I ordered 3 hash browns and they were all burnt. I ordered a bacon egg croissant with no cheese and there was cheese on it and I ordered a large Caramel swirl iced coffee and you can’t even taste the caramel at all it taste like straight up black coffee. Very disappointed and because my order is always getting messed up or items missing, I am very tempted to take my business else where. Get it together Dunkin because this is ridiculous especially considering this is the second time this week I have ordered. You guys sending the surveys out that says you will have a manager reach out well they never do I spent 20 dollars the other day and never got my sandwich or hash browns….. Maybe you need to hire people that know how to read and understand the orders when they come in! Hire managers that can actually train their employees the right way!

there’s not any other nearby dunkin locations so I bet that this one gets busy a lot and I don’t go too often bc it’s a bit of a distance for me, but they are always quick and so friendly! Today I ordered the cookie butter cold brew and it tasted SO good! I also ordered the donut thru a mobile order bc I tried it last week and it was so delicious but sadly they were sold out and ended up giving me an extra donut of the replacement one I requested. Every encounter I’ve had with the workers at this location, they’ve all been nice and handle the stress of the lines well, still being friendly despite having to move quickly.
