It’s Tuesday morning heading to a new job and yes, I really enjoying the Super Bowl commercial so I wanted Dunkin breakfast and a great cup of coffee. Well it didn’t happen first bite there was hair cook into my food, and I believe sweet and low was added to my coffee please come to work with clean attire on not with your hair from last night or animal hair on your clothes!!! The coffee was great, love the fall drinks, and the service was speedy. The workers were incredibly sweet despite an absolutely vile customer throwing a tantrum after having to wait 2 whole minutes (who arrived after us when we were only there for 3 minutes and bought and walked out with our food.) The store is also conveniently placed. I recommend the pumpkin chai with sweet foam and the breakfast sandwich on sourdough.

This place is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Iced coffee is so bitter it’s intolerable. They hire trashy people who don’t wash their hands after smoking. Complain about being over worked and when you call to complain you’re met with the iconic “I’m sorry you feel were not good enough for you”. If you show horses in grass lake take your time and get coffee somewhere else. You can’t even order food without it being half frozen. Do better dunkin. Hire classy people with work ethic. Horrible representation. This entire establishment does not care about their environment. The subway, the dunkin and the gas station.. it all just needs to go and something better needs to take its place. The horse shows are the only thing keeping this place in business.
