This place is great, there’s practically never a line, service is super fast, and the ice tea is great and super cheap. Occasionally if you go in the afternoon (4pm or later), they’ll be out of normal iced tea, but the employees are always nice about it

Very dissatisfied with the AM crew will not come around that time frame every again I got my regular cap blast with extra ice cream and I was given ice for a drink I paid 8 dollars worth.. I come on a regular basis during the afternoon shift and the drink is made to perfection 8 dollars wasted today so no the world did dif not run on Dunkin today it made me very sad and a waste no AM shift please teach how to make drinks properly

Just sitting in this line gave me enough time to rethink my life decisions and write this review. Ive been sitting in the line for about 35 minutes now and they only got through 1 car. I dont think ive ever got consistent service from here, its either a long line of 2 cars which will make your trip another 30 minutes long or they forget something in your order and end up charging you for it too.

Spent and hour in line for them to tell us they couldn’t make any of our food. They had no idea how to handle a situation. Still waiting at the window. Pre Ordered and everything. Didn’t even tell us at the speaker they didn’t have the food. That would have saved us at least 30 min.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We come here, there is an issue. This Dunkin never has it together! They are always out of something, the staff is slow and careless. There have been several times where I have sat at the window or stood in the store and watched them sit on their phones and completely forget I’m waiting on my order.

I am very upset with my experience. I went through the drive-thru. It took about 10 minutes for them to even realize I was there. There was only one car in front of me so they were not busy. I got 6 donuts in total, a Carmel frappe and a breakfast sandwich. I live maybe 5 minutes away from this location. I go directly home and take a sip of my coffee and it is incredibly old or burnt. I can’t even drink it. Then I go to pass out the donuts and all the frostings we’re put together stacked in the bag so half of my donuts didn’t have frosting and some of them had double frosting. I call up there immediately and the person I talked to said there’s nothing they could do because I didn’t have a receipt. I was literally there 5 minutes ago and wasn’t handed a receipt. Terrible customer service. The employees there clearly don’t care about their customers. I will never go there again

The last two times I have been to this Dunkin I have been very frustrated with their service. I ordered online because I was running late and wanted to be able to just pick up my food. I pulled up in the drive thru and they hadn’t even started making my order. I asked how long and they told me “just a minute”. 10 minutes later I got my food and almost left the line a few times since that made me late to work. The next time I came I asked for a decaf iced coffee, we were the only ones in line and waited 15 minutes at the window. They opened the window and handed me the coffee and said they ran out of decaf. We asked for a refund since I cannot drink caffeine. The fact that we ordered and sat for that long for them and they never told us they ran our, such a waste of time. A bunch of young kids who are taking their sweet time and have no respect for peoples time. Will not be giving my business to going forward.
