My wife and I placed a delivery order for some breakfast and pretty much everything was wrong with the order. The coffee was half full with none of the requested creamer, didn’t receive an entire sandwich and side of hash browns, and probably the most frustrating was ordering and avocado toast sandwich with egg that did not come with egg or Avocado. I understand that things get messed up but this has to be the worst ordering experience I’ve ever had with a fast food establishment. Do not order from here unless you are in store and can fully validate your order as apparently they do not care.

Took my daughter here, and everything went ok. She got a peach passion fruit refresher with green tea, and it tasted normal. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to counter to help us, but besides that, everything went fine.

i have been going to this dunkin’ donuts since they opened a month or two ago I was excusing all of the issues because they where a new store. tonight i could no longer excuse it. I ordered two large hot coffees when I received them they where at best luke warm. i handed them back and told the young lady the temperature was off she took them walked off and came back about 3 mins later handed me the cups of coffee and hurried away from the drive through window. I believe she handed me back the same two cups of coffee. THE ONE REQUIRMENT OF COFFEE IS HOT.. I am very upset with this I literally come here MULTUPLE TIMES A DAY. I bet I will start heading to starbucks because the Lake Orion store is just as bad if not worse..

Pulled up to the drive through at 558 waited until 609. No one answered. Pulled around and the girl yelled from in side the store “were not open yet”. I yelled back what time do you open? Nothing . 7? She Laughs. Never bothered to come to the window that was open.
