My mom got a simple order. A dozen donuts two sandwiches and two drinks. The workers decided it would be easier to make the sandwiches and drinks, but give us 10 donuts!!! and they were very obviously old donuts. The jelly donuts also did not have any jelly. I get there’s short staffing in certain places, but that’s no excuse to make an order completely wrong. Those employees knew what they did. I have also heard from former employees that the management is not good. Do not eat here if you want your order to be correct and fresh.

Disappointed. They “close” at 8pm but they actually start closing around 730-745 because that’s when they refuse to serve you. They claim they are suppose to be out of the store by 8pm yet I have never heard of that. Not trying to be a last minute Nancy and still get refused service.

every single time I decide “hmm maybe I’ll give Dunkin another chance” they always disappoint me. they have never gotten my order right. not exaggerating, something is always made wrong or just missing altogether. doesn’t help that the staff isn’t particularly friendly. save yourself the annoyance and just go somewhere else.

I go to this location all the time, the perfect stop after daycare drop off. The price is cheaper than most other coffee places, and I love all the flavors you can add. Staff is friendly and (most of the time) very quick.

What a shame to see America walking instead of running thanks to this shameful establishment that bears the brand name Dunkin. Was it the attitude of the lady who took my order or the combative words of the manager who wanted to fight over an incorrect order. I ordered 3 sandwiches and all were incorrect. The 3rd sandwich had completely vanished from my bag, and yet I was wrong, so when i arrived at work and began handing out the sandwiches to my lovely co workers I felt a rush of emotions. I felt the disappointment of a missing a straw, the anger of bacon slapped on bagel naked of egg & cheese, and the sadness of having to turn around back to Dixie to get my order right. I don’t know the ladies name who was thinking i was trying to scam the system, but I know she used to be a librarian and she was used to shushing people, but not me and my hunger for correct food. I hope you learn from this Dunkin and we can make America run again. Off to Starbucks now.

Kiddos wanted a donut so we stopped here. We got the 10 pk of donut holes.. they were awful. They were dry and tasted old. It was only 2 in the afternoon so no reason for them to taste that way. ♀️

Not the first time I’ve had an issue with them but did an online order and when I arrived I was told there was no munchkins (you’d think they would stock it out) then when I asked about a refund I was told I was outta luck.

I was surprised at how good the donuts were, especially the cinnamon rolls and apple fritters. The coffee was good too. Service was okay. It could improve for sure but I’ll be back for the donuts and coffee ☕☺️

I come here in the morning almost everyday, I never had a problem with the employees until now because they got new people in and they have very bad attitudes. The girl with brown hair and brown eyes she didn’t say anything when I got to the window took my card and was silent. Those girls need to fix their attitude

First, let me start out by saying that the poor lady working by herself had only been there for 2 weeks and did an outstanding job in regards to customer service. My problem is that I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my wife almost a week ago. When I arrived to pick it up today the building was locked up. I eventually learned that because she was the only employee that showed up to work, the building was closed but she was manning the drive-thru. I then found out almost immediately that they did not have my order ready nor was she able to find anything about it. She even went so far as to text a picture of my receipt to her manager. On the business side of things, there’s no excuse for this. They had more than enough notice to prepare this cake. The manager of this location clearly does not care about service as she left a brand new employee by herself. Other comments talked about how poor the service at this location is. Definitely would not recommend this location for anything including a cup of coffee. Again, the lady working was extremely nice and did everything she could customer service wise to help fulfill some form of my order.
