I normally never post negative reviews, however, we stopped here for morning donuts twice recently and both times 5 donuts were crammed in a too-small sized bag. The frosting dip flavors were rubbed off all over other the flavored donuts and rubbed off the bag. The first time I didn’t go back, the second time I did and asked if we could have the 3 replaced in a box due to the bag being too small, the person working rudely said they always put 5 in a bag and replaced 2. They also gave us 2 of the wrong flavored donuts in that same order.

Coffee was hot and donuts were fresh. They kept the drive thru moving fairly quick. Staff could be a lil nicer and friendlier but over all had a good experience

Do NOT doordash from this place! I only did so since my boyfriend really liked the latte that I typically get from Dunkin. This is the absolute WORST Dunkin when it comes to delivery. I personally work at a different location, we are supposed to properly bag all orders, INCLUDING DRINKS!! Drinks should always be in a sealed delivery bag, even if the order is just two drinks. So not only was my order unsanitary, it was dangerous, you never know what someone could slip into your drink! Not only that, but the Dunkin isn’t that far, and we got a dasher quickly, it somehow took them forever to get the order together and it was still cold and my hash browns were soggy and some had ashes on them. Ridiculous. Not up to Dunkin standard at all.

I’ve visited this place many times and never had an issue until today. My coffee was cold and I asked to be refunded. I was told that they were brewing a fresh pot and they would replace it. The new cup was hot but after I left I realized that it was old coffee warmed up and the bottom was full of coffee grounds.

Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is my absolute favorite! It’s my go-to wake up call. This location unfortunately is garbage. From now on I will go out of my way to go to two locations that have always been consistent and good. I went through the drive-thru and got a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a coffee. I drove away, reached in the bag and could not locate the hash browns. I turned around and went back. When I told them at the speaker they had forgotten my hash browns, the guy wanted to argue with me, insisting he put them in the bag. Sorry, but I wouldn’t go through all the hassle if I didn’t pay for them. I continued going there just for coffee a few times. Then I went recently for food and coffee. My avocado toast was cold and flimsy, more like avocado bread. I am never going back.
