This dunkin is cheaper than other ones in the area, all the employees treat you with respect and are very polite if they are out of an item. Their food always tastes great and you can just tell they care about you. WAY better than the one on ford road, they look at you weird if you try and make conversation. Also my cold brew is always perfect here 🙂

So my car was in the shop I ordered coffee, bagels and donuts. DoorDash. I called the store because I didn’t see the cold foam option for my cold brew & she made my coffee with the cold foam. I think that’s super nice of her. She didn’t have to. She could have said no. But she was more than willing to help and so sweet on the phone. It does make a difference. I’ve been going to this location for as long as I can remember. They have always been great with nice staff.

Worst customer service experience ever. Employees like rolling their eyes at you when they speak to you and when you address the problem and ask for a manager and then they lie on you as to what actually happened.. the manager slash owner who knows who he is as he refused to give me ay kind if 8nfirmation repeats the lie he was told by his employee and starts screaming and yelling at me telling me what happened when he wasn’t even present. Like litterally throwing up his hands in the air screaming at the top of his lungs to the point where i felt threatened. That’s no way to conduct business nor treat ppl. If icould id give them 0 stars. I will never step into that store again and i am going to file a report somewhere if I can as you just can’t d9 that to ppl and get away with it.
