Honestly not sure why I even bothered. We used to go every morning even have the app to order ahead. I usually order avocado TOAST with bacon and instead I’ve been getting avocado spread on bread..not toasted.. with a dash of bacon. Might as well change the menu to avocado spread on bread. Not toast. It’s honestly a joke to order anything there. Quit going for about 2 months and tried again today and again..not toasted at all. We’ve also received completely burnt croissants multiple times when ordering the croissant sandwiches. I’m not sure why any of them think this acceptable when they know they wouldnt eat it that way. Bad thing is we order and don’t even know it’s bad till we get to work and it’s too late to go back and complain. Also their phone number listed takes you nowhere so pointless in calling to talk to management

I’m not sure I’ve ever gotten a correct order from this place. I just ordered 5 chocolate munchkins and received 5 regular glazed munchkins instead. I also ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles and the donut has no sprinkles. In previous times that I’ve gone, they’ve been entirely out of donuts and substituted donuts of a worse quality/price. This Dunkin location is very good at making me sad in the morning 🙁

We get Dunkin here often but lately our orders have been wrong or missing food. We just got vanilla creme donuts but they were filled with custard. Called to let them know and to resolve the issue and were met with an attitude. “I don’t know what to tell you, that’s not what they’re supposed to be filled with.” Like, yeah? That’s why I’m calling? Hello? We weren’t offered a resolution so we emailed Dunkin directly to be refunded. That phone call was actually really funny for my partner and I. It felt like we had called a personal friend who was in a bad mood and not like we called a business to explain an order complication lol. 4 stars because we love the regular employees we get greeted by in the drive thru for pick up. 1 star for the customer service we were met with.

Placed my first order ever, used the app. Got there to pick it up at drive through and the employee was at window with her back to me playing on her phone and didn’t know I was there. They didnt have what I ordered so I ask for my money back. She said I had to use the app. I ask how? She didn’t know. Other employee didn’t either. I ask for a gift card for amount. Couldn’t do that, finally credited my card after she said she couldn’t.

We mobile ordered a dozen donuts. When we arrived, we told them the name on the order. We pulled around, and they tried to charge us again for a pre-paid order. No big deal, we get our donuts and start to drive off. I opened the box to make sure the order was right, only to find we were missing 4 donuts. We pulled around & went inside to figure out what was going on. They stated they were out of the donuts we ordered and left it at that. We had to specifically ask for 4 other donuts so we could get the full dozen we paid for. I understand that donuts sell out and there are shortages places, but they had multiple opportunities to let us know they were out & correct it. Instead, they tried to send us home with 8/12 donuts and hope we didn’t notice. Then, once we pointed it out, we had to ASK for a way to correct the issue. The whole exchange just felt like they were trying to pull one over on us to make money.

I went to order and he asked if I used the mobile app and I said no. He didn’t say anything after that,so I thought I needed to use the mobile app so I did. Then I went up to the window and saw that they had closed. I was upset because he could have just said that and I would have just left but no he left me hanging.

Absolutely horrible. I went there last week and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They gave me an untoasted bagel with barely any cream cheese. Decided to go back again today to see if it was a one time thing and nope, same thing. Untoasted with barely any cream cheese. I also ordered a vanilla latte with two pumps of vanilla and even paid extra for oat milk. They gave me a caramel latte with three pumps and added cream and sugar and no oat milk…. I couldn’t even drink it. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the Dunkin’ in Lafayette. This one never gets your order right. Total waste of money. Spent over $10 for half a bagel with cream cheese and some hashbrowns.

Workers were rude. Didn’t take my order correctly, asked them to make sure I had caramel swirl and cream. Said they would add it. Got to the window, gave me a black cold brew. Asked for cream and caramel. Gave me attitude. Barely added cream. I asked them to add more cream. She said I already added 3. Very frustrating I just wanted my coffee made right.
