Went through the drive-through for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I bit into the grilled cheese sandwich I realized that the paper that went between slices of cheese was on my sandwich. I went back and told whoever was working they offer me a free drink while I wait for a new sandwich to be made. I respectfully decline as I don’t really drink coffee nor do I drink specialty drinks. I finally got acknowledgment and an apology from the person that remade my sandwich however they didn’t really seem to care about their mistake beyond their own embarrassment. Made correctly, the sandwich is pretty good and I CAN say that the customer service at this location has improved drastically since they first opened.

Stopped here to get out of the nasty storm that blew through here around 6:15 on 8-5-23. The young lady was a sweet and could be and told us to be safe out there. Really made our day.

there was an old man at the dunkin making our food, i ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I received a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Then asked for a remake and then received a crossaint with sausage egg and cheese. Then when I had to go up again I finally received my correct order, after the old man was sitting on his phone and then when we told him thank you and to not give us looks, he didn’t apologize and was defensive and then proceeded to ask for the previous makes back to use later… gross. Not to mention when the girls in the front corrected him both times, he acted as if it was a burden to do his job. Pretty embarrassing when the TEENAGE girls are working harder than him and seem embarrassed by him yet making a sandwich correctly takes 3 tries. It’s time to retire if making a sandwich is becoming a difficulty.

Server was great and polite. She even swapped a drink my daughter bought and did not like.

Some of the employees are biased towards African Americans, and expect you to be okay with it. Other than that it’s a decent establishment.

Their donuts are pretty decent. It’s the only place to get my granddaughter a donut with pink sprinkles, so bonus points for keeping her happy.

First experience with DD since moving to Lafayette a year ago. Im more accustomed to having a plethora of locations to chose from, but this one was a 10 minute drive from work and the closest, I presume. The drive or the $4 wasn’t worth the stale chocolate sprinkle donut and undercooked, doughy blueberry muffin I received. Unfortunately, first and last time here 4 me. Ate what I could of the donut but had to trash the muffin.

They always have friendly service but the donuts are not very good and always hard. To me, they taste like 3 day old donuts. There’s also no selection on donut holes and they are usually out of them.
