Their drinks are good, but their donuts are always stale. I don’t know how I can consistently get stale donuts at 8:00am, but Dunkin found a way to do it. If you have the word donuts in the name of your company, then you should probably be good at making donuts.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a great place to go, especially if you need a quick pick me up. This location couldn’t be more convenient if you’re in a hurry, and it’s almost hidden from the loud highway which is good for getting work done. The staff was really friendly and made the experience completely five star. I highly recommend checking it out if you live in Newburgh!

Here’s a hint: don’t put someone at the cash register who doesn’t communicate with customers. This girl didn’t say “hi”, “how are you?” “Your total is…” or “thank you.” She didn’t even tell me that my card hadn’t worked, that I needed to scan it again. Just stared into space. I’m like “did my card not work, or…?” She barely visibly shook her head while staring, eyes glazed over, right past me. Absolutely pathetic.

I regularly order a a small chocolate milk made with oat milk and they’ve always been able to fulfill my order despite it not being a typical menu item, however today they told me they weren’t able to do that. So instead I had to order a frozen hot chocolate (which was incorrectly labelled as a small decaf mocha latte) and the decaf mocha latte was a medium instead of a small and it tasted burnt.
