I wanted to just add that I seen a review that said they wouldnt give espresso from a different machine..i order with different varieties of options. Turbo shot, liquid sugar, and so many pumps of each flavor, that review is not accurate. They even take your drink back and fix it if it isnt the way you want it. The workers there are awesome.

I asked for my espresso from another machine, because one tastes burnt and bitter, and was refused by management. I will go elsewhere for good espresso. Apparantly, pleasing the customer is not why their in business. Wow!

We typically love coming into dunkin before work, my friends and i spend a good amount of our time and money at this establishment. That being said the last few times we have come in jason has helped us and he has no manners whatsoever. He’s very blunt and not customer friendly. I work in retail and know that you’re supposed to at least be kind. He acts bothered whenever he’s taking your order. While we were inside eating he was also complaining about people applying to this location, talking about only fans with his employees, and talking about butt injections. He also was complaining about customers saying,”Theres other places in dearborn county to eat,”we love coming to dunkin when other people are helping us but sadly today was a different story, especially when they make it clear we’re unwanted

The long haired male working acted as if I was a bother to him when he had to take my order. He wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products but did get a young girl with a name badge that said Tennessee on it who knew exactly what I needed to know about my drink. Who also made my drink it was excellent. As for the male he made me feel like I was a problem that he had to do his job. This place is always packed but the move fast and efficient. thank you guys

My friend has been raving about Dunkin for a LOOONG time and I was always more into a certain different coffee shop. This morning coming home from a 12 hour shift I was extremely tired and hungry. I didn’t have the energy to make breakfast at home. The one close alternative that was actually open in the early morning hour was.. you guessed it. Dunkin!! First time customer. I got breakfast and coffee all in one shot. I was extremely satisfied. They have absolutely delicious food, wonderful latte’s and not to mention great staff!! They are ready to help and answer any questions without hesitation!! Also very patient towards a new indecisive customer. Which worked out perfect for me. Overall I had a very good experience with this location. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I see why my friend has been trying so hard to convince me to go. I am glad I finally did because I am now a believer. Plus it may just be my favorite spot yet. Thank you Dunkin!!!

Even if I put an online order in and receive a warning asking if I wanted to wait until I was closer to the store to submit my order, my one coffee is not ready 90% of the time. If you don’t put your order in on your way to the store in the morning, you’ll easily wait 10-15 minutes.
