I come here at least twice a week now, and I’m never disappointed. The employees are so kind and helpful. I’ve walked up to the counter and gone through drivethru and the attendants are quick to check in. On one of my recent visits, there was an error with the self-order station, and the employee there was quick to get it all resolved for us, which I really appreciate. I love the breakfast tacos they have there, those are always top notch!

The coffee was bitter and the staff were some of the laziest rudest people I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. Couldn’t be bothered to make the order right and ignored a polite request from an 8 year old child for some sweetener. I wouldn’t go back there again if someone else was paying much less spend my money supporting any business with such worthless employees

The food was delicious, the drinks were chilled perfectly, and the staff were helpful and kind. There were only two staff working, and they were slammed. Both staff remained calm, polite, and helpful.

Drive thru lady wasn’t friendly at all. It was as if she was bothered just having to speak to me. Donuts tasted like day olds as in not fresh at all. Visiting from North Dakota and really wanted a Dunkin Donut because we don’t have them. Super disappointed.

We decided to stop at this Dunkin Doughnuts location for a quick coffee this morning. First time here. The drive thru had a note posted saying to pull around to the window to order. We sat at the window for a minute and saw nobody. We pulled into a “parking space” and went inside to get our coffee. The guy at the register was friendly and welcoming. We ordered our coffee and stood to the side because they said they had to brew it. We both noticed one of the female workers sizing us up and making big eyes at the register guy.A few minutes later, we had our coffee and left. Back in the car, I noticed a note under the wiper. It said “Do me the favor and next time park on the side of the building”. Don’t worry parking lot police, there won’t be a next time. Maybe if you have special parking designs, put up a sign.
