The lady taking my order at the drive thru was polite and prompted. As I pulled up they misunderstood one of my food items ( due to an order truck being loud ) they were very nice and fixed it right away. & in a timely manner!!! Will be going again!!! Excellent service!!!! Great job ladies!!!!

I ordered a medium frozen coffee and a sweet black pepper sandwich. Since the croissant wouldn’t be toasted I opted out of the sandwich -no big deal. But the coffee was definitely not frozen. I sat at the window waiting to be acknowledged so I could ask for it be remade and nothing. So I left as I didn’t want to get out of the car because I had a sleeping baby in the back. Worst coffee. Horrible service. Won’t be back to this location.

*BEWARE* This was the 3rd chance I’ve given this location and I’m done. The absolute worst customer service on the planet. The employees run their mouths and say terrible things about the customers with the drive thru window cracked. They don’t check orders before handing them out the drive thru. They offer zero apologies for the 30 minute wait in the drive thru which is curbed in so you are trapped.

Drink was horrible even after going inside for a replacement. The staff was not only rude at the window when I attempted to state that my drink was wrong immediately after it was handed to me but then after having to take it inside to request the correct one I wasnt even given an opportunity to explain what was wrong. I was completely disrespected and was again handed a drink that was remade in the exact same cup I had just handed the employee. She poured it out and made another drink that was still not correct and served it to me in the very same cup. This is not ok EVER!

Showed up to get my preorder of an iced coffee and chai tea latte , there was little to no coffee in my iced coffee..both drinks I got where nearly just milk and cream. That’s it. Then I try to call and the phone lines don’t even work. I didn’t ask for extra creamer or milk. I just wanted a cool drink and got a mouthful of milk instead. Disappointed I wasted my money there instead of going to Roseland where I know it’s right.

I can’t understand for the life of me how a fast food restaurant doesn’t have hot food. I watched the car ahead of me order several hot items, once it’s my turn and I ask for avocado toast I’m told they have no hot food and ask if I want a donut! I ordered a drink instead, I was waiting to hear that they can’t make that too.

After getting off of work and rushing to the Dunkin’ donuts location, I managed to arrive in the drive-thru at 6:44 p.m. I work off shifts. I sat there for 5 minutes and nobody answered even though somebody was walking inside. When I said hello they screamed we’re closed. I said you guys still have 10 minutes after they’ve made me sit. There didn’t answer me. Very unprofessional. While having works in the fast food industry, I understand the frustration but this wasn’t me coming in five till I had 15 minutes till close. The people working at that time just did not want to do their jobs
