I’ve been here multiple times and probably my last at this location. The customer service is terrible they are short staffed and just not a good DD. If I were you I would go to a better location. Terrible experiences here they have to step up employees and management.

I gave them one star because I had to in order to leave a review. They deserve NO STARS! This was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY business. Not only did I not get what I ordered after spending $35.80, but when I called the first time an gentleman with an accent answered the phone and when I asked to speak with a manager I got hung up on. I called a few more times to have the phone not answered. I called from my cell phone, my call was answered and I was left to sit listening to the same gentleman take orders for the drive through. This gentleman (I use that term loosely) didn’t even say hello he turned the phone on and let it sit on the counter where I could hear everything in the store. I was then hung up on again when I asked if anyone was going to pick the phone up and acknowledge me. When I called back for the 5th time the same man answered the phone and when I asked for his name refused to give it to me. I explained I did not get what I ordered and was hung up on and this man continued to argue with me like anyone in their right mind would call a place to complain when their order was correct. I asked for glazed donuts, strawberry frosted donuts, and chocolate frosted donuts. He repeated this order back to me 4 times correctly. I ordered a mix of those 3 types for 2 dozen donuts. I got chocolate cake, glazed, and what looks like glazed donuts with a hint of strawberry frosting. I was told he was busy what did I want, and if I’m unhappy bring them back. These donuts were for my students so I am unable to bring them back as I am sitting at work. The man hung up on me again. This was the WORST experience and I will not be back and I can promise I will make sure everyone knows how terrible this location is. I will gladly drive out of my way the next time. I will also let the teachers know in my district to do the same. We will not be providing this location business any longer.

I’m sure you can tell after reading the majority of the reviews this place is an absolute joke. Apparently they have no pride in their product and don’t mind selling overcooked doughnuts with jacked up frosting. To top it off they stuffed six of them in a tiny brown bag so common sense would tell you what’s going to happen. The owner is a jerk and could careless, unfortunately due to a great location he continues to line his pockets with customers hard earned money while he puts out terrible products. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Unfortunately for a review you must leave at least one star otherwise it would be negative stars.

It’s DD, and as yummy as can be. It’s close to home and I love the iced coffees and Chocolate Long Johns. The Bagel Bites are yummy too, made them part of my complete breakfast on a rainy day, yay!

Even tho I managed a SB, Dunkin is my go to. However, this one is terrible, we haven’t gotten a coffee right since moving here. While my SB order is complicated my Dunkin one is basic and it’s never right.

today i went dunkin to get an iced peppermint mocha, the workers were lazy and can’t make a peppermint mocha correctly. there’s too much peppermint in this coffee you can’t taste the coffee AT all. I always go to this dunkin’ donuts. My donuts were stale, they “couldn’t” make hot coffee or get a bagel or foods because the ovens were “broke” i’ll never go to this dunkin’ store ever…

My daughter had a Iced coffee. I had a hot fresh regular cup of coffee. We each chose the sourdough grilled cheese plus bacon. It was fabulous. The service and staff is pleasant. My favorite is the Dunkin on 30 in Merrillville.
