My husband and I were in line for ice cream and we ended up leaving due to the disrespect to the elderly couple in front of us. The worker was rude, handed her a sloppy dripping cone, continued to be rude to her even though she was so polite. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience or witnessed one at this location.

Sam, Serria, and Lexi are so sweet! They do such an amazing job and with a smile! They were getting rid of end of the night donuts and I took some to the nursing home where my mom is living for the staff. They really enjoyed them! One of the employees was sitting on the drive thru window when we arrived and spoke to us too rudely when we arrived. We only asked why there is no sign on the door stating that the lobby is closed so people won’t have to get out of their cars only to find the door locked and they immediately showed more disrespect. They were being very unprofessional, very rude, no respect at all for the elders. They proceeded to tell us not to come again (all for a simple question) and called us “pussy” as we drove off
