I come in daily sometimes twice. There’s a guy there has his hair pulled back, if you go there & he’s at the window , you had great service and a smile. Now, today the lady at the window whom I had before is rude, always complains about your not holding your phone right for the rewards to scan rolling her eyes. Next time you bet I see her and I’ll roll my eyes and go to another DD. I still told her have a good day with a window slam.

Sooo I place a mobile order on Sunday. The cost was over $15. I had several drinks. I paid through the app but when I got to the store no one was there. It was completely empty. I was annoyed. I went back on Monday and the manager was pretty amazing. He apologized and upsized my drinks. He even threw in donuts. I’m thankful for how he handled it! He went above and beyond to make things right.
