The lady working on the BR side did not even acknowledge us when we entered and no one on the DD side ever came to the front, so I’m not sure who was actually supposed to be taking our order. When the lady up front finally acknowledged that we were not leaving, I guess she decided to take our order, but it seemed like something was bothering her and she seemed very annoyed.

This store is the best Dunkin store in the NWI region. They get a 5 star for service and atmosphere AND their Donuts!!!! I have never had a bad donut from this location. they make it fresh there, not at a central location to bake or ordered frozen… they bake it fresh here! and they are so DANG GOOD! I always get the worlds #1 donut and if you don’t know what that is, it is THE Boston Creme donut! SO GOOD I may get another today or TWO tomorrow on my way into work. haah!

We come here at least once a week for donuts, and we’re never disappointed with what they have in stock, and the drive-thru line moves quickly. If we’ve had an issue, we email the store and the manager is very quick to make reparations (not receiving the correct number of munchkins for example). We came today for some ice cream, and the portion for the waffle cone far exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t finish it. It was delicious though. The staff is always friendly and offers quick service without making you feel like they’re rushing you out the door.

I used to love coming here but over the years the customer service has really gone down and same with the products given out. I had been coming here every Thursday since August and 9/10 times my order is completely messed up and when brought up to the workers I get a load of attitude and disrespect. And when you do bring up an issue they go to “fix it” and talk rudely loudly behind your back. And when you get it back it is just as messed up as the first item you have received.
