Don’t bother going to this location, especially on Sundays. They have the inside closed and you can only go thru drive-thru. Sometimes they don’t open at all on Sundays. They say it is because of a shortage of workers but there are 3-5 people there. I have gone to other locations where they have 2-3 people working and the inside plus drive-thru are open. I’ve been to this location 2 times and both times were horrible. I only went the second time because I thought it would be better. I went there yesterday and they didn’t have any customers. Asked for two carmel lattes. They were horrible. The cups weren’t even filled up to the line in the cup. We got half of a cup. I spit out the latte. Never again will I waste my money here. For the price I would expect a full cup and for it to taste good. They didn’t give me no receipt so I couldn’t call or do my survey online.

I went there last night at 7:35. I ordered 4 drinks and 1 donut in the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru speaker replied to me “we have no donuts or munchkins” I was soooo confused. I pulled up to the window and asked why there were no donuts or munchkins. Her reply: “we threw them all away” I then said, “it’s only 7:35” …they still had almost a half hour til closing. She began making excuses and said “people usually stop coming at 7:15”

Let me just say I been to plenty dunkin donuts and some of them have attitudes some dont understand and but some places are very professional and this is one of them I give them 5 stars for they’re hard work and they’re delicious coffee not saying it will be like that always which I hope so cuz I’ll will be back but for this time 5 stars all the way ..kudos to the employees there..

If I could give no stars I would have!! Pretty much every time I’ve been there they can’t keep the same people and the few people that are the same I don’t even know how they’ve kept their job!!! And the orders are horrible, never consistent, half the cheese is off, top bun half way off, way to much sugar in the coffee, have had all these happen to me more than once and many more things too!!!

Wraps were disgusting. Iced Coffee was not stirred. It was disgusting. The gentleman working the register was nice but the man that brought my food out didnt say a single word. Just gave me my food and tried to wall off. After I stated that he didnt give me a straw, he looked at me, went in and brought it back without a word. Customer service is whack!

Got overcharged since I went at 4pm during week and got 2 Iced coffees and a Iced Tea. He charged $6.30 and it shouldve been more like $4.50. I actually had to let him know they were on sale because at first he tried charging over $9 bucks! Unreal now ill never return and thinking about calling store for return of my $ money!!
