The Dunkin was across the street from our hotel in Times Sqaure and was a great way to start the morning as their food is priced the same as it is everywhere else in the US instead of being hiked up by $10 just because it is NY. You could get a breakfast sandwhich for $4-5. Everywhere else in NY you pay $10. And it was pretty good. We went there just about every morning to get our iced coffee and a bite.

I attempted to use my app for a free drink with purchase. My purchase total included the price of the free drink. I asked the young lady why the price was so high after she scanned my app. Instead of explaining to me that her register doesn’t calculate the discount until she selects a particular button; she rolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her with my question. She walked away from me and mumbled something under her breath. It was very rude and unprofessional. I felt completely unwelcome at this location.

5 stars as I’ve never had any issues. I k own now though to ask for cream cheese on the side. Never had any other dunkin put the cream cheese on the bagel for me. Good bagels and chz and the donuts have been great everytime. Employees are awesome.

Nice employees however management can’t seem to figure out how to run this place. Have given them 3 tries and had issues every time. No donuts, no coffee, closed due to no internet and overly long wait times with no one else even there. Seems to be issue after issue.

Seriously the worst Dunkin ever. I was so excited they were opening this only to be very disappointed. There is always a problem and omg the wait time is ridiculous. First day I went thru messed up my coffee then replaced it only to mess it up again I mean I said liquid sugar who puts regular sugar in iced coffee. Next trip was a 26 min wait in the drive thru. Then they were out of bagels. Then they weren’t serving food. No eggs Then they give me a totally different order. I decide to go inside thinking it was the drive thru being over whelmed or under trained. Nope. Place my order wait 12 min then the lady tosses a bag on counter and yells out sausage something and walks away so the customers are all looking at each other like whose is this. And fyi i still haven’t got my coffee. So today I go and sit in the drive thru ready for the wait only to be told they are not serving food AGAIN because someone walked out. So I’ll repeat the worst Dunkin ever.
