I’ve had 2 moble orders at this store and the lady at the window has been rude both times. The first time she only gave me 1 of my drinks when I told her I ordered 2, she asked what the other one was and as I was telling her she walked away. Today she tells me she doesn’t see my order, I showed her my phone and she asked for the order number, I asked where that would be, she shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know and walked away again. I will never order from this store again! The Camby location is so much nicer and the employees are always friendly!

Every time I order a drink they smother it in 3+ shots of syrup even if I ask for one shot. Liquid sugar, creamer, and syrup add ins are ridiculously disproportionate. I get literal headaches from the drinks because they overdo them every time. My mocha iced coffee tasted like straight syrup. Go to the one in Greenwood instead.

This location is a NO for me. I normally go to McDonalds next door if I decide to grab something quick in the morning with time. This place has no customer service, I sat in the drive thru for a while. Everything I order had this OLD taste to it. The donut tasted like it was old and left out for days, the hash browns I have look looked like they have been cooked in old oil but soggy as if they were microwaved because they didn’t have that little crunch. What a disappointment.

I stopped for breakfast and my bacon, egg, tomato, and avocado sandwich has no tomato or avocado. My mocha coffee tastes like white chocolate. I usually love ordering here, not today. I’ve tried to call hoping to get my order replaced later today (as I work in Plainfield not Greenwood) but no answer after trying numerous times. So disappointed.

Save yourself a headache and avoid this location at all costs. Ordered two of the exact same drinks on the mobile app. Went through the drive thru to pick them up. After a few minutes at the pickup window, we were handed one drink without a word spoken. So we sat and waited for the second. After a few minutes they came back and asked if we were waiting on something else. We told them we ordered two of “these” holding up the drink we had. They asked what it was so we told them again. A few minutes later we were handed a drink. We drove a few miles down the road before we tried a drink. The first cup was fine. The second cup tasted like a cup of coffee that had sat on the counter for 12 hours in a gas station bathroom. No warmth whatsoever, bitter and disgusting. We had already fought the Saturday Christmas traffic to get to the mall and had no desire to drive back. We called the store but were blown off. Wouldn’t give us a refund or allow us to come back for another. Ridiculous.

The drive thru line took a while to get through. All the staff seemed inexperienced. Both our iced coffees tasted way too bitter, not sure if it was missing sweetener or what. Honestly wasn’t the worst experience and would go if it was the last place to get coffee on earth but if you’re deciding between here and anywhere else I’ll make the decision easy for you: pass on this one.
