The guy with the glasses that’s always on front wasn’t on front today and he is always so kind. His service is very great and whenever I had a questioned he answered it without talking trash like the manager after walking away. I sometimes have over hear the manager yelling at her employees and cussing them out. I didn’t know Dunkin allowed their managers to call their employees names and cuss them out. Please get better management. If I could rate zero stars I would because of management.

Spent 13.00 dollars on dozen assorted donuts I’ll tell u this I was their around 1100 am went home and shared the donuts with three people all the jelly filled barely qualified as a jelly donut no filling and yeast donuts were very stale I’m wouldn’t go their the place was somewhat clean but the women that waited on me seemed like she wasn’t int the mood to serve people very pushy .so in the end going their was a definite no repeat for me .I’d rather get gas station donuts .

I used to stop here on my way to work all the time but since getting a different job, I have not come here in a while. Upon walking into the store this morning, I was not greeted when I walked up to the counter. I had to get someone’s attention to order. I told them I wanted two blueberry donuts, and then he rang it up without even looking at me. He didn’t ask how I was paying if I want to use my gift card or a credit card or anything. He just kept talking to his coworker with his back to me. I literally had to wait after scanning my own app QR code for him to realize that a receipt printed when he finally realized it he half turned around and almost made an effort to give me my receipt. Definitely felt underappreciated as a customer coming to this location compared to the one on 116th St.

Definitely don’t ask for half & half in your coffee. Because they “don’t sell that”. Even when you explain that it’s simply half milk and half cream, it’s still not an option. You have to pick one or the other. And, of course, they were incredibly polite about it.

My visit at this location was a very pleasant one. The cashier was very nice. The inside was fairly clean and not too busy. I had ordered the sourdough sandwich and was going to take a picture of it later on after the airport but unfortunately I had to throw it away along with my large mint tea.

Not fresh food.. burnt hash browns .. you’d think if you told the manager that my hash browns were burnt she’d do anything to make the customer feel better instead she said the order was already placed it was made fresh at the time .. but they are burnt … this is the second time this location has done this the first time I didn’t like the way my coffee tasted and again she said it was already made.. if I have a problem with my food anywhere else they would remake I will not be returning to this location bad customer service
