I give the food a three only because the coffee is still pretty good. The breakfast sandwiches are made with something that kind of looks like an egg but is powdery and tastes nasty. This isn’t a problem with this Dunkin’ donuts, it’s a problem with all Dunkin’ donuts. The service here however is great The atmosphere is excellent and it’s actually one of the bright spots in my day. Sure wish I could order an egg sandwich.

Awful customer service. Went there yesterday via drive thru, and was being rushed the whole time while ordering. The man who took our order audibly sighed when I said we had a drink to add on. We only ordered 5 things and more than half were food. Not a hard order… Then we got up to the window and the man was very loudly talking badly about how annoying customers are for ordering so much. He was cussing and name calling. I didn’t feel safe knowing someone like that was handling my order so we left. Listen I know working fast food sucks. I work with the public too and it’s awful and the customer is not always right, but if you’re going to talk badly about customers just be smart about it and do it over the headset. Or at least close the window went you do smh.

Getting in here is tricky. The lobby isn’t open for COVID season, so you’re forced through a drivethrough that is perpetually 10 cars deep (it does move at a decent pace) to order a $3 cup of coffee whose value to your mouth is almost entirely in the kinetic energy of the water. The flavor and smell aren’t much better than those instant coffee packs they stick in your hotel room that end up going home with you and you never end up using.

I just started coming to Dunkin donuts last week and this is my 3rd time ordering ice coffee. I asked Amy to put less than less ice which means very very little and I thought it was until I got 20mins. away so I called to discuss the miscommunication but Amy was telling me she watched her put less ice in my coffee but it was so watered down I’m dissatisfied in Dunkin donuts coffee on 1305 Range line Rd. I am very disappointed in both this location and with the company in general. We placed a mobile order on Christmas Eve that included a dozen donuts and Munchkins, only to arrive there and be told they were completely out of donuts. Ok, that happens… But no solutions or alternatives were offered and I had to flat out ask “so how do I go about a refund?” I was told I had to contact customer service, which I did that very same day. Knowing it was a holiday weekend, I didn’t expect an immediate reply, however I did get one on Christmas day asking that I submit screenshots of my receipt and my rewards account ID. Again, I did so right away, and I haven’t heard a single thing since. I have emailed every single day asking for a follow up, and nothing! So, not only did I pay for items that I did not receive, now they’re just keeping my money apparently. Service at either Carmel location has always been mediocre at best, and this experience is now the final nail in the coffin for me. You’ve just lost a very loyal customer.
