Order breakfast it wasn’t good. Hash browns was soggle and greasy they were all broken up in package. Egg bacon wrap hard and eggs overcooked. Will not be ordering through UberEATS. They wouldn’t give me a refund.

Stay busy…ok far as the place being clean.. friendly staff though..food was ok not the best drink tho 10/10.. 7 out of 10 overall..If ur a matcha lover I dare u to try my ice matcha latte get thee exact ingredients thank me later☺️

I’ve never had trouble with the staff here as I see with some of the reviews maybe just lucky! I will say they are consistently good with my iced black coffee but that’s pretty hard to mess up. Anyway this location is right next to my office and they’ve always done a good job so I will continue to visit.

I think this place is overrated. Their selection of doughnuts is a whopping 6 or 8 and they are usually not fresh tasting with very little glaze on the glazed variety. I also don’t appreciate their prominently displayed tip jar for college. Hey, I’m paying for college too– my son’s. Besides, proper etiquette dictates one not tip at carry outs anyway. Frankly, I’m sort of offended by their tip jar. Oh, I almost forgot. They are almost always out of things. It’s like literally always. Their upper management does a horrible job of managing inventory in this way. Sound like I go here a lot. Yes. Seems I need to stop.

Tried to upload short video so you could really appreciate my review but a photo will have to do. Service was fine, coffee was tasty however you go to dunk in’ doughnuts for doughnuts which were disappointing. The Bavarian cream was bone dry with zero filling. When I say dry I mean, extraordinarily dry- need something to wash it down dry plus no filling was ever in it – ever. It’s easier finding Waldo than the filling. ☹️

The workers smush the parchment paper into the entire surface of icing on the donuts…and then when you try to take it off you end up with zero icing. Makes for a disappointing experience.

The stuffed bagels were good, but unfortunately the snacking bacon was horrible. Nothing like the picture. They are limp and rolled up into a greasy ball.

The service and coffee is great! However why is the volume of your drive thru speaker so loud sometimes? What is the appropriate volume for customers and for employees? The volume startled me on several occasions- fight or flight mode was activated! I spoke to the employees each time about it, they acknowledged the loudness but seemed not to care. One gentleman there told me; “it’s better for you to hear us right?” I told him I agree but asked him “moderation is key right?”

I go to this Dunkin every single day and receive truly, superb service each time I go. I simply mobile order and go through the drive thru, but they are always so nice and I get my drink with a smile – no lie. Today, one of my drinks tasted different, so I ran in to ask if they would remake it. I could tell the staff was struggling today due to the amount of people and overhearing Jess, the assistant manager, pep up her staff. Jess helped me when I asked for my drink to be remade, and without question, she wanted to make it right. She told me she will remake it until it’s right. She definitely went the extra mile even when it seemed like a harder day on the staff. I love this location – thanks for starting my day everyday with me.
