Terrible experience. I ask for my drink… The guy asks if I need sugar. Then some girl comes out. It really upset me. No one was kind. I was impatiently pushed to the side, They started waiting on people behind me. And said I needed to get back in line. It was not a pleasant way to start my morning. Get it together. It took 3 of you to get me a lemonade! And it really was rude the way you pushed me aside and started taking others orders and impatiently acted like me asking for a lemonade was too hard a task! And the black girl was especially disrespectful! Won’t return! Unpleasant customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered food, and the ovens were down- totally understandable. What is not ok is that the manager, Haley, refused to give me a refund. She told me I had to call customer service, which I know is not true because I have gotten a refund from Dunkin’ before. The lack of customer service from the manager was appalling. I will not be returning to this location.

Kentucky Frey’d Fun

They have my favorite donut called the Bismark, yeast donut with white cream filling and chocolate frosting on top. They have also opened the dining area with some spacing of tables. It’s a nice little respite place to take a breather especially if you are just coming in from on the road. I recommend this location.

I stopped at Dunkin’s for coffee. While there I noticed their food menu. I ordered my coffee and the Avocado Bacon Tomato sandwich. The coffee was horrible. The sandwich was an avocado spread on 1 slice of toast with a little bit of bacon on it. It was not a sandwich. It wasn’t what I expected, but it was delicious. I’ll go back just for that avocado toast with bacon.

Today, shortly after 11 am, was the THIRD time that I came and they were not taking hot food orders because they were “backed up.” They had about 4 employees or more, I looked at the screen and they only had three orders. The people they have working there now are just lazy beyond comprehension, and it used to not be like that. We went to another location where they had about 9 orders on the screen, INCLUDING DRIVE-THRU ORDERS, and they were able to take/make our order very fast with no issues, so yes, the employees’ laziness and lack of work ethic is the issue.
