The employees are wonderful! It’s sad because they always seem overworked and probably don’t get paid a lot. And I can definitely tell they don’t receive a lot of tips for their hard work. Tbh, a lot of customers are very rude to them. I hope management fixes things so the employees seem more happy. They all seem like nice, hard-working Americans just trying to make it.

Using the Dunkin’ App to order ahead are fully utilized here. I usually order on the app then pick up through the drive-through. Order has always been correct and ready on time and the crew here are always kind and friendly. Great experience to start or wind down any day.

The lady that took my order in drive thru today was so rude! Even my 10 year old said she’s mean mom! I came and got drinks for the 5 of us, me, my husband and 3 kids and the girl working told me , “ummm this is a big order, next time do an online order instead of drive thru!” You could tell she was angry, it was very uncomfortable and no I won’t order online bc it’s always messed up when I do! And to me, you Should never tell me how I need to freaking order my food! I feel like going back and ordering $200 worth through the drive thru! My order was 40$!!!!! That is NOT a huge order! Come on now! If you hate your job so bad then leave and get a new one! Don’t treat my kids and my family horrible because you hate your job. We will never go back to this location. She was horrible! That man the cashed us out was kind though, but then she handed my drinks out to me and was like here here here rushing me to grab them! She needs to be fired. I wouldn’t want my customers treated like that!

Good product and decent service. Never quite excellent but so far, never a negative experience either. Facility cleanliness is always just so-so which may have more to do with the attached gas station than it does them, but either way they share the space and its often messy.

I order ahead of time because the drive thru is usually too busy. I assume that when my sealed bag is sitting on the mobile order shelf that it’s ready to go. I have walked out without an item multiple times because when the product isn’t available, you have to alert that staff that the item is missing

I gave them chance for 3 times. 3 mistakes. Today they didn’t have Donut that I ordered. REALLY?! This is a Dunkin DONUT!!! I had to quickly pick up and go. Once I sat down to start drinking my Americano Coffee, I realized taste different. I opened the lid and I saw they only gave me the almond milk and there is no coffee in it!!! Never going back again!!!

Stopped by this morning and drive thru was busy so I walked in. 6 employees, which is great for this tiny location, were all busy. After waiting for approximately 7 minutes just to place an order I asked if the gentleman in front of me had placed his order yet and before he could answer I was met with a very rude and loud employee “we are short staffed.” No you’re not! Why do all 6 employees need to all work the drive thru? Why is this the excuse when you have 6 employees working at this tiny location. Why am I less important than drive thru? I physically parked my car and walked in only to be felt like my order can wait over someone in the drive thru, sitting in their car, warm, listening to their own music. After she yelled at us she walked away. I never got to place my order because she had to finish helping the other 5 employees work those drive thru orders. This manager needs time management classes and their organizational abilities reevaluation.

How do you renovate a restaurant, but still have the same poor service? This is one of the slowest Dunkin’s I have ever been to. Nobody has time to wait 10-15 minute for items ordered ahead. Drive through has preference over indoor dining and will never order through mobile app for pickup again.
