Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The guy at the front desk was stoned out of his mind barely functioning and then to top it off, while he actually got the order correct the staff don’t read the order and gave me a bagel with nothing on it. Wonderful work keep it up.

This particular Dunkin was very busy on a Sunday morning. The drive thru was a long line so we opted to go in. Between the drive thru, online orders, and counter orders they did a great job of keeping orders moving. Our order was 100% correct hot and fresh.

Such a shame … so looking forward to revisiting after such awhile … renovations or not, the interior attitude and service sucks regardless of exterior work (maybe just in the evening?) kids running this place …. Rude , talking to their friends , unwilling to work in a timely manner. Waited way too long for them to stop chatting with friends, and receive the very few items I ordered (sandwhich and iced coffee)… sucks.

Went for a late breakfast with my family. Got donuts to go. They were super yummy. The staff was friendly. The location was clean and quiet. Definitely seems like a great place to go a little later in the morning for some quiet time.

So this was my first visit to this location. Since my experience was not very good, I will try to start with the positive. The donuts were fresh and tasted great. However the service was abysmal The store crew was incompetent and had not been properly trained. I watched them struggle to successfully make 3 consecutive orders. They had to make corrections on at least one of the orders. I saw more standing around than working. It shouldn’t take 3 employees standing in a 5 foot circle to make a couple cups of coffee or operate a basic cash register. The only person who appeared to be doing any serious work was I guess the manager. When he asked one of the employees to temporarily replace the incompetent cashier on the front end, she appeared greatly inconvenienced. I hate to bad mouth staff anywhere, but if you aren’t going to take pride in doing your job well, perhaps you should consider another line of work. The staff needs to be replaced. Clearly the training at this location is poor and that starts at the top. A house cleaning is likely in order here. I would like to see the issues corrected but based on the wait times, this seems unlikely. Do better or go work somewhere else. Good food but the poor service should encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I understand staff shortages, but this time was unacceptable. The associate had trouble placing the order which I had no issues with but was starting to swear under his breath out of frustration. Then continued to curse to another person in the room who seemed like another employee sitting in the lobby. I asked for a straw because they were out and the associate jumped over the counter to get it. There were 4 drinks on the counter that were never picked up and all the ice was melted. Gave 1 star because the drink was actually good. Really good.

I don’t typically ever leave reviews, but this one has to go! I’ve never had bad experiences back to back, but i finally had two days in a row of having to drive back to the store and have them fix my order. I goto this location everyday for my coffee and at this point I’m beggining to feel like it’s personal so I’m leaving a review. Go to a different location because this one is sure to mess somthing up.
