Daiquiri Ice – my seasonal favorite from BR! Place closed at 7 on a Saturday so barely made it for a scoop but sure hit the spot! It’s a bit pricey at almost $4 for a scoop but it was good nonetheless.

Please use the tissue or even a napkin to put my chocolate frosted donut in the bag – instead of throwing the donut frosting side down and frosting is smeared all over the bag and stuck to the bottom of the bag.

Only recommend getting a bagel with the cream cheese because this is all that was available. I had to go here because (@ 6 a.m.)McDonald’s hadn’t opened their lobby doors yet. No one greeted me when entering the store so I assumed they were busy. After looking at the menu board for 10 minutes or so, a guy had finally popped from around the corner. I started to order and the guy said “sorry, I can’t make any hot food because our oven isn’t hot.” Willing to wait I responded “that’s fine, about how long will it take for your over to heat up? My son has a test this morning @ school and I want to make sure he has a good breakfast before going.” He looked me dead in the eyes with a blank stare and says ” um, when the maintenance guy comes in.” I didn’t question it. Just ask what WAS available other than the donuts that I clearly see displayed behind him. Bought two smoothies, which ended up in the sink and thrown away, and two bagels with cream cheese. Those were decent. Ended up paying $25 total PLUS stuffed $3 and all of my loose change AND a free drink token at some bar near here. Smh. Never again.

I came in on a Monday May 9th to order my son’s custom made cake for his Birthday! Welll I was told that the employee couldn’t help me that her manager had to help. Well he wasn’t in. She told me to come back Tuesday around 12p.m. So I did and the manager was there. He told me I couldn’t order a custom made cake that takes Longer to make. No one told me it takes a week to make a custom made cake! So I said okay what do you have? He show me some cake and than show me a pizza pie cake with Oreos on it. Never did he say you can’t change the color or anything. He never said thats how it comes. I asked if he could make the cover blue? And Write Happy 8th Birthday Charles! You see you can’t even make out what it says. My husband picked it like this. If it was me I wouldn’t take it. I paid for it 2 days before because they said wouldn’t make it if I didn’t. So I called to complain, no answer ! So I called corporate. Well they said that it’s up to Manger how they handle it. Well the owner calls me today and doesn’t handle to well. He says he will give me 5 dollers off. Like what! I said thats not right. Btw this isn’t the 1st time this happened to me. I let that it go the 1st time but this is not good at all. And since the owner didn’t handle it well I won’t order another one. It looks like a per school done it! I am really upset and rate this a 1 star .

I absolutely love her and she makes my drink and food to the best you could ever have let but there is a gentleman here in his name is Nate and he is the rudest person I’ve ever met they should get rid of him

Worst service ever ! I ordered a medium iced cake batter latte and they literally handed me a cup full of flavored milk theirs not one single drop of coffee in this drink. When I asked what I assumed to be the manager if my drink was right and turned to girl making the drinks and she just looked down and shook her head to say yes. I understand if a business is understaffed that lines will be slower but just because you are under staffed doesn’t mean you should just be passing out anything just to get the customer to go away.

This place is great. I go early in the morning around 6 – 6:30 a.m. Andi am always greeted with a warm welcome. After placing my order, I receive it promptly and with an amazing smile from the staff, along with a beautiful fair well wave and asked to come back soon. The staff is my best experience outside of the food being well prepared and tasty. Great job staff, you are well deserving of this review. I don’t think 5 Stars is enough stars for this crew if amazing and beautiful people. Love ❤️

I will never attempt to go to a Dunkin Donuts that is owned by this owner. Every single one of his stores are poorly ran. The espresso machine is NEVER working at any of his 3 locations I know of. I did a mobile order for a latte and I get there and my drink is not ready because their espresso machine isn’t working and they said if I came in the next day with my receipt, they would give me my drink free of charge and I go in the next day and then again 2 days later and it is still not working. I will never waste my time with this place. So many bad experiences with every single one of his locations!
