After waiting 20 minutes past scheduled pickup time of an order instead of helping me, the staff member told me that I had to get in line which was out the door to get a donut instead of communicating to the girl at the counter that I needed a donut. I realize it’s very difficult to put pre-cooked food into a heated toaster oven and pick pre-made donuts off off of a shelf and put them in a box. But the whole point of order ahead is to get your food at the pickup counter and not watch as five or six people who came in after you arrived well after your pickup time come in place orders and get their food first. I know. I know one coffee, four hash browns and one donut are in almost insurmountable goal to achieve, but come on. Let’s get it together a little bit, maybe ladies.

This was the crispiest Dunkin drink I’ve had in a hot minute. From the ice to the sweetened flavor was perfectly executed. The barista put everything she had into my drink and it was a delightful experience. 10/10 will be here again whenever I visit Sandusky

I am not a complainer. But when I come to this Dunkin’s at least 3 times a week ordering the simplest coffee, it somehow always ends up wrong. They either put granulated sugar in my coffee (very crunchy drink might I add) or simply forget caramel syrup (it’s just a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar) I get mad. I went straight to the one on 250, Milan road, and they gave me a free one because you guys are just unbelievable there. Sometimes it’s good and it’s done right. I am just tired of driving to the one farthest away on 250 for a properly made, simple drink.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ for a while now and most experiences have been alright, however I recently came in for a walk-in mobile order and was greeted with a “are you going to order something or just stand there because I’ve got work to do” while standing in the mobile pickup area. I didn’t say anything because I figured that staff member was having a hard day, but MAN did I want to. My most recent mobile order (today) was a bacon, white cheddar and fried egg on a croissant. Somehow I ended up with a bacon wake-up wrap. I paid $5.19…for a wake-up wrap. I don’t understand how one messes that up…ridiculous…

This is one of the very few times i leave a review. I worked in food my whole life and I understand mess ups. They got both coffees wrong. One of which we didn’t order and the other was just black coffee with a scoop of ice. But they forgot the ice. Which was no deal. When we brought up the messup. the lady at the window gave an attitude. I asked for the ice. And she said we don’t do add-ons at the window. There was no one behind us in line and it was a mess up. Honestly the reviews for here are bad. I should’ve looked before coming. Never again. Do yourself a favor and just go in the gas station for coffee or different dunkin.

Ordered a cappuccino it was black coffee…ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there was like a small dollap of it on there so took it back manager said the cream cheese melted so she made a new bagel and than gave me a side of cream cheese so I opened my new bagel and there was no cream cheese like it melted less than a minute… so either I’m going crazy or they are not putting anything on the bagels……

Zero stars was not an option…what happened to good customer service. Worst service at a dd ever!!! Employees were talking bad about customers behind the counter…”can’t teach these people” was one of comments regarding a lady who didn’t get enough sugar…customers on the other side should not hear these comments. My coffee order was wrong not a big deal to me. When I told the woman she debated it trying to prove she was right, but made a new one and handed it to me. At this point we were still waiting for our sandwiches. When we were the only ones left we asked the guy if the bag on the counter was our order, told him what we ordered and he just handed us the bag not saying a word…the Lady then YELLED have a great day in a sarcastic way, which she didn’t do or say to anyone else, so do you think she meant it? We sure didn’t. And by the the way the sandwiches were cold on the inside, cheese was not melted but the croissant on one of the sandwiches was burnt.

Customer service was atrocious! All I wanted was a coffee and a few donuts. I don’t really go to Dunkins as well as forgot my glasses so I couldn’t really see the menu. I tried asking a few questions about the menu but apparently that was a huge inconvenience for her. I ordered a frozen coffee and it tasted absolutely awful. The two doughnuts I had were not so great as well. I’ll stick with making coffee at home, save your money people or go to Starbucks, this Dunkin’s isn’t worth it!
