Went in to order a coffee and a donut. After standing there for several minutes not even being acknowledged by any of the many workers I ended up walking out. Very, very poor customer service!!!!

Some times the food is decent at this location but today was the worse experience. The young lady working the drive thru was rude and was basically letting my food sit at the window for some time. No one was in line behind me at first. I was the only one there just waiting for my food while she was on the other side of the closed window. I could see her doing nothing while I waited for my food. I thought they were making fresh coffee or donuts or something. I was left to assume because she never came to get my payment or give me any type of update. I had to hunk my horn then another worker came to the window. Seems like she either don’t like her job or just didn’t want to be there today. The coffee they gave me was mild cold and the donuts felt cold. Since the customer service was poor I was hoping the food would make up for it. ☹️ very disappointed with the service and quality of the food I paid for.

Stopped in today for a hot latte. Was never greeted. In fact the gentleman in line ahead of me had to walk over to staff and ask for our orders to be taken. Otherwise we were completely ignored. No to go cups for purchase we’re available. No classic donuts were available for purchase. Finally, when I receive my drink it was ice cold. Had to have it remade and it was still luke warm at best….the kids working today have no clue how to run a business at all and shouldn’t be tasked with the responsibility!

The food isn’t worth it a couple months ago I came here on a Saturday morning and they were out of all the flavors of donuts except one I feel like you should keep a good stock on your donuts since it is called dunkin donuts the bacon sucked too. If you want a really good donut drive down the road to stoodts fresh market

The butter pecan iced latte gives me life In all seriousness I wish it was available year round or could be purchased to use at home. The bacon wake up wraps are really good, hashbrowns aren’t my favorite. The staff at this location are always super friendly but it does sometimes have a long wait (15+ minutes in drive thru).

THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE STAFF! They have always been nice and as helpful as possible. I’ve only been to this Dunkin’ a handful of times. I have always odered ahead through the app. Today I was unable to get any food. And each of my drink orders needed substitutions from what I ordered because they were out of syrups.
