The problem with Dunkin, in particular this location, is the quality of service. Orders are constantly messed up, including one incident where an employee stood there and argued with my wife that the coffee he had given her was in fact the tea she had ordered, as it she doesn’t know the difference. They also tend to be quite slow, perhaps due to staffing issues. When they manage to get the order right, the food is ok, but that’s pretty rare. The last time I went there, I ordered sweet tea and received unsweetened, and that’s about typical.

They just renovated which is super nice and they are always quick. I have respect for the food industry as they deal with so many people a day. I only ever have a problem once in a while which is when they are overly busy. Cheap coffee to have a good start to the day , can’t really complain.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I arrive to pick up a DoorDash order and I walked over to the pick up area. Not one employee looked at me. They all pretended I was not even standing there. I had to verbally make myself known to the employees that I was there for pick up and that the order that was sitting on the counter was mine. once she packaged it not even a word was said once I said, thank you She just handed it to me and she was doing it all with an attitude. Definitely very disappointed in my experience with this place.

I usually go to starbucks, but I wanted to save a bit of money today, so I tried here. Ordered through the app for pickup. One bag sat behind the mobile order rack and out of reach, I assumed for door dash. People that came in after me and ordered there got their drinks before me. 2 door dashers got their food/drink before me. Finally after 15 minutes an employee asked what I had, I told her and she handed me the bag that had been sitting there the whole time. Out of the 8 employees there, noone bothered to put my order where I could reach it. My food was cold and my coffee was horrible.

Rude rude rude. Read your monitors or tickets and you won’t have to deal with people asking you to fix their order. I know for a fact your job isn’t that difficult. For a fact. If you don’t like your job leave with your rudeness and disrespect. I’ll drive to another Dunkin next time. Maybe your emoyees can go and take some notes.

This location always leaves off the chocolate cold foam on my drinks. This trip I also ordered a grilled cheese. I received toasted bread with 3 cold slices of cheese on it. I went back through the drive thru line and they were “so nice” to microwave my sandwich.

I’ve had this location mess up my orders twice before but it’s closer to my house than driving all the way to BV. I didn’t get any almond milk in my coffee like I asked and then they serve me burnt chocolate croissant. So after this I’ll just continue to go the one in BV.
