They get busy I get it but I have been trying other locations because they are so awful here. They mess up even mobile orders. I will have to go out of my way and either make my own or Niles Rd or elm Rd somewhere else other than this location. Not to mention that they always unfill the cold drinks. I really don’t know why I try and come to this dunkin anymore. They are always so rude my food and drinks are always wrong everything’s always burnt and when I explain that the coffee is made wrong they get even more rude and give you an attitude. Cooperate says they have nothing but complaints with this store when you call to let them know your problems with your experience. They either need a clean sweep and hire new people or just shut this location down

I go there every day and get two sweet teas with granulated sugar in each instead of liquid sugar morning and afternoon are constantly getting it wrong and then they make remarks after I tell them it is wrong they are constantly messing around listening to loud music it’s totally ridiculous I went in there today June 18 around 7:15 p.m. ask for my regular order and they barely put any sugar in it at all and it does not taste like tea if I go in there after 10:00 the blonde haired chick always gets my order right never messes it up very friendly never rude she needs to be there for every shift

I really like how they make the signature iced coffee here. The staff has always been kind and I’ve gotten my order quickly. My only complaint is with Dunkin as a chain. Do they not make donuts in batches throughout the day anymore? I feel like I’m always getting cold, old donuts, and they are always out of flavors. Dunkin as a chain for quality has just been disappointing for years. If it wasn’t for the new signature iced coffee I probably wouldn’t be a repeat customer.

Delicious donuts as expected. I purchased a large carmel and cream coffee. There was an unusually large amount of coffee grounds in the bottom. I took a drink and my mouth and back of my throat was covered in coffee grounds. It took all I had to rinse my mouth without getting sick.

just came across the most RUDE employee I’ve ever dealt with in any fast food establishment in my life. after waiting in like for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment of me being at the drive thru. I’m a frequent Dunkin customer and know promotions through the app change monthly. When I inquired about a current promotion, she said “idk what you’re talking about you might just have to pull to the window.” I proceeded to just order what I wanted and was willing to pay full price because I didn’t want to wait any longer. I tried to order a sausage egg and cheese croissant but was told she didn’t have croissants. Alright.. tried to order something else, was told she didn’t have another ingredient so “try again”. I said so what DO you have available? She proceeded to say “I mean i was about to tell you before you got an attitude” then proceeded to tell me to just “pull off im not doing this”. I’m livid and expect to be contacted by corporate in regards ti the unprofessionalism displayed by your incompetent staff.

The food and drink was good, but… It was only vaguely what I ordered. It was a frozen coffee… But the wrong flavor. It was a bagel. But the wrong kind. It was hectic in the kitchen area and the line was slow. I am not sure what was going on? I might suggest going to the mahoning dunkin instead?

I’m in the middle of placing my order she gives me my total says pull to 2nd window I’m like um I wasn’t finished she says seriously hold on I have to open it back up and add on like I annoyed her. I never said I was finished and no their was no pause in-between what I was saying. They didn’t have any donuts either. Don’t recommend this spot.

Came around 9am on a sunday. They made the long drive thru line move so fast! Unbelievable! And every single worker had a great attitude. There was even a new worker at the window handing out food. He was struggling to keep the orders organized but all the workers behind him had his back and were helping him out. Great teamwork and great atmosphere. And the food was great
