Went to this location with my sister today and she warned me about the quality in the past. I figured we could try it. Unfortunately, she was right. The avocado toast I ordered wa burnt and the snacking bacon was cold and hard. I ordered a refresher and the concentrate had no lemonade in it. My sister’s macchiato was too bitter to drink. I hated that I wasted my money here.

Pretty upset. Just order two medium frozen chocolates . I made it clear im new to coming to duncan and clearly i wanted it as shown on the menu app. With the chocolet swirl and whip cream. I never go to Duncan for donuts but I was told that the Boston cream were so good! Wrong I went inside and got 5 of them, took them to sisters and they were the most disgusting donuts I ever ate, dried out and hardly any cream! They had to been day old donuts! Never again! I’ll stick to Giant Eagle. Shame on them!!!

I come to Dunkin’ Donuts quite often with my granddaughters I have yet to get a fresh donut. Today I bought 3 glazed donuts and they were dry. I was so embarrassed because an 83 ur old friend of mine fell in the parking lot at her apartment yesterday morning and I took her coffee and a donut for each of us It was dry and hard.

I wouldn’t even give it one star they didn’t put the lid on my cup and when I went to put it in my cup holder it went all over my new car I told the general manager and he told me people spill their coffee on fjem all the time including hot coffee and just let it go. So what I got from that comment is he was telling me to clean it up myself and let it go mind you I haven’t even have had my car for a month yet…

I ordered on the app for walk in because the drive thru line was extremely long. Upon going inside, there were about 7 or 8 others who were also waiting for their orders. A guy was at the counter asking about his order, since he was asked to pull forward from the drive thru window and he had been waiting there for a while too. After about 10-15 mins of waiting, they handed me 2 bags and a coffee (which would have been right for my order) only, I’m glad I checked the name and receipt number because it was the next order placed AFTER mine. I had to get her attention again to tell the lady who gave it to me that it wasn’t mine and gave her my correct name & receipt number. After about 20 mins of waiting, I finally got my order. My bagel was burnt and cold and my coffee tasted horrible. I will not be returning to this DD. (I would rather use the gas to go across town to the one by Walmart)

You need to train your store better. Just had one of your workers tell me the it’s my job to check my order and make sure everything is there and that’s it’s not her job to make sure it’s there. I then say I’m missing a donut from my on the go order and she tells me again it’s not her job to check and go to the other window and get it. There was no one at the other window. So I left without it
