This tore has officially lost a customer… I started coming here about a month ago due to a job change and have had nothing but issues with this place. I order online for efficiency as I usually don’t have much time. Time and time again has this proven ineffective at this store. The staff would rather watch you stand there waiting for your drink and take other people’s orders than get you the drink you’ve already ordered and paid for. Will never recommend this store to anyone.

I come here almost every morning and they are so inconsistent with my orders. I always order a lg hot caramel latte. For almost $4 you’d think you’d get a full cup of coffee. I just got to work and went to drink my coffee and noticed it felt light. Cup is all foam and next to no coffee. If there was another coffee place on my way to work, I’d stop going here. The one by route 8 is so much better.

This is actually the worse Dunkin I’ve ever went too. I did a mobile order and before pulling off I tasted my ice coffee and it wasn’t how it’s supposed to taste. The worker that was working through the drive thru was rude. I would not recommend this Dunkin unfortunately. Don’t waste your time!

Horrible experience, drive through line took forever no one was taking orders at the window or even saying hold please… we drove to the window and the girl said she didn’t know whats going on had an attitude and there was 10 cars behind us. Seems like they didn’t know what they were doing at all lol go to the Dunkin in Kent if u want good service.

Twice I’ve gone around 8:30 pm. Inside closes at 8 but drive through hours are until 9. The first time, perhaps because I was on foot, I couldn’t get anyone’s attention so waited until a car came. When the person in the car ordered coffee , the employee said they would have to brew some so the customer said she would happily wait. I tried to order anything decaf but was told they were out. I said OK and left.
