Placed a mobile order on 8/18/23. When I pulled up to the store, I opted to go inside because a) drive thru was empty b) wanted to look at purchasing dunkin merchandise that is by the register in the store. Not only was the lady working the register very ignorant, she proceeded to say that we needed to pick up the order in the drive thru next time and we were lucky they gave it to us. I apologized for the inconvenience she must have felt walking over less than 25 feet to the drive thru counter and back. Never ran into this problem with any other location. I didn’t even bother buying the merchandise and put it back. Can’t say I will be returning just from her attitude alone. It would be one thing to say it’s policy, but is another to just make a straight up ignorant comment about it.

This location is a coin flip if it’s going to be open or not, although it has been open much more consistently lately. Coffee and breakfast items are always good. Service can be a little lacking but I mainly go at around 5am so I’m not holding it against them to harshly.

Went in, used the bathroom. Had an hr drive there. Came back to lobby. Stood at the order counter 3 minutes. Two employees looked at me twice. Finally someone took my order. Coffee was sub par. Not strong at all. Hallway to the bathroom made bathroom access questionable as there were things stored that seemed to be in the way.

Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin..or really anywhere. I wish I would have grabbed the names of the workers on Saturday afternoon (May 13th). They were so kind and just awesome. I sat in with my kids and husband and they made me want to always drive the little extra mile to visit this one instead of the ones closer to my house.

Extremely rude workers. How dare I ask for the egg bites to be a little well done so that they’re not mushy like they normally are. Over the drive through intercom I could hear the worker in the back scream “NO”- and I just thought I misheard. But then when getting them at the window the same worker screamed “WELL DONE- JUST FOR YOU”
