I went to this location since it opened but there have been a few times now that my concerns have not been taken care of. I ordered a coffee with my favorite flavor Butter Pecan, which I’ve ordered every year when I go to dunkin, but it tasted like nothing but sugar. I did not say anything to dunkin cause I was at work. Today I went again to get a large coffee with Butter Pecan flavor and again, tasted like regular sugar, no flavor. I spoke to the Manager and she went straight to defend her cashier and said the drink smelled like Butter Pecan…no it did not. The replacement coffee tasted like plain sugar!!! The manager just said she drinks Butter Pecan there and she has no problem. My sandwich was also burned.

First off super crowded out to the road. So I go inside. One person running around doing it all. She had no help 7 people One person doing it all. One boy was talking to some girl he new and was just chatting it up. Gave her free drinks while people are in line waiting to pay MONEY. Food was burned and my hash browns oily and all smashed together as one. Not happy with this place.

I don’t normally leave reviews and I don’t ever go out of my way for good or bad. I must say the past 2 or 3 times I’ve come to this location very recently (within the past week) I’ve been very impressed on the speed at which my food comes out to me. From ordering food to the items ordered in hand I am impressed. I usually come before noon sometime in the morning and the playlist by the way (whoever is playing it) is FIRE . The staff that has been there at the time I stop in isn’t going out of their way to be nice, but they all seem to be pleasant and focused which is all i could ever ask for. My food hasn’t been wrong, cold or messed up in anyway. I can’t say the same for AVON. At the Avon location I almost swallowed a piece of plastic from a plastic knife or the lid to cream cheese that was what i hope to be an accidentally in my food and not by my hands. . Need I mind you it was about and 1” long piece of plastic. Gave it to the staff member to let them know they should check the food so no one else experiences that. I didn’t raise a fuse, but that location is horrible. I will literally go out of my way to come to this store. Thank you for doing your job and doing it well.

The orders are most of the time accurate and prompt, particularly with the mobile orders. It is somehow less so for orders in-store. It is somewhat a hassle at peak hours with all the drive-thru clients and would block up Royalton Rd and that’s rather annoying.

Whomever was working tonight clearly needs more training. I ordered two sweet black pepper sandwiches on croissants. The first time they were given to me, there was no cheese and no egg…. just regular bacon on a croissant. After going back through the drivethru, the second attempt was made with the wrong cheese, and was cold in the middle. I’m pretty sure she used regular bacon too, and not the sweet bacon.

No donuts at 8:10 pm. Must be cause of corona. Folks were nice enough. We did score 2 macxahatios and they were not so bad. Would like to come back and get something to eat. Catch you next time!

The food is usually pretty good at this location but they really have to figure out why they can never get the app offers to go through properly. I’ve been here 3 times and every single time the cashier will say the discount offer has worked, but I pay the same amount as before they scanned the app barcode. One time they refunded me but the other times I’ve been in a hurry and couldn’t wait around. I never have this problem at other locations.
