The staff on Monday, July 24th, an old and ugly, gray haired lady refused to take my order in the morning. I was trying to get my girlfriend a coffee before work and they had us sit at the window for like 5-8 minutes. I had been constantly saying “hello” and no one responded. As soon as I pulled out I heard the lady take the order for the person behind me. Rude and puzzling behavior that I hope is taken accountability of.

My niece and I went there today for iced coffee & breakfast, Our barista was excellent and they had a young man with Down Syndrom working ( Mike maybe )? He was Fabulous and made our whole day. This needs to occur in other places as well. Good Job Dunkin

It’s always a hit or miss when I come here &i literally come everyday! My drinks had coffee dripping all off the cups on to me &no napkins. They also always give me an attitude when they hand me a signature caramel latte w/no cinnamon sugar I’m sorry that’s what comes on the drink &IM PAYING for it so I want whatever comes on it. Just wish they’d give the same service they’d expect to get.

I use this location all the time. I’ve never had any complaints. Hot fresh coffee, fresh donuts and hot food also. They may have the quickest drive through ever. Always friendly, helpful staff. Very clean location. Including the drive through which is nice.

Ok so everyone knows that if you go to dunking the food is good but the wait will be forever. Spent close to 35 minutes in the drive through which I don’t mind but most Dunkins need to redesign their parking lot to make it easier to get in and out when there is a long line in the drive through. This one is no different.
