Bought supposedly cream filled, no cream! They didn’t put anything between my 3 donuts! Definitely not worth it! Should have gone to Miller’s! Every time I go I think it will be better and it isn’t! Should have read the reviews and noted consistent problems!

I have to give this location a shout-out for being outstanding! I hadn’t planned on stopping for a coffee, but I swung by at the last minute. I was distracted with life and a very busy day, so I needed help with my order. They’re no longer serving butter pecan so I tried a hot pumpkin spice latte, from the server’s recommendation. It was really good, and it was nice and hot. My son didn’t remember the name of his drink, but again the server was amazing and she helped him figure it out. Of course my son was hungry – lol growing teenagers So I asked for a dozen donuts. They had made up some special donuts for school starting- so cute! They were very fresh and they have a great assortment. It was a busy time of day but they weren’t rude or rushing towards us at all. In fact they went above and beyond ☺️ I’m very thankful for the time and consideration this team displayed today.

My large drink had less liquid than a small the ice was PACKED to the top. Definitely not worth the $5.50 price. The drink took 5 minutes to make after paying, not sure how since it was all ice. Finished in 2 sips before I even pulled out of the driveway extremely disappointed. They were also out of donuts and this was nowhere near closing time.

This was my 3rd visit to Dunkin’ Donuts in Clyde. Every visit I have received my order wrong! Every time I call no one answers and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message, how convenient. I received a coffee not a carmel macchiato and was handed 2 blueberry muffins upside down in bag? No integrity, not even a young teenager but an adult? So as excited as II was to see Dunkin’ donuts, I won’t return.

Stopped on a Sunday morning at little before 7:00 a.m. and informed they had no donuts at the baker didn’t show up. It’s my understanding they don’t bake them on site anyway. No wonder they’re now just called Duncan. They no longer have donuts

Complete nightmare, not even worth stopping. They will make you late for whatever you are doing. Even when you have PLENTY of extra time. Then, they only fill your cup with a quarter of the cup with liquid and refuse to fix your order!!

This place is horrific. I was so excited that I worked by a dunkin well needless to say that excitement died quickly today because they had nothing available as far as food. Like how are you open until 9p.m. with only beverages to offer a customer. I don’t get it. Did I forget to say that it was only 1p.m. when I went through.
