Well this was my very first visit with Dunkin donuts and needles to say I’m not impressed at all. The girl taking our order couldn’t even repeat our order back nor tell us how much it was. Then we sat at the first window for 10 min and the workers were just looking at us so we pulled up to the first window n told her about us just sitting n she was like oh lol she said the people back there are just bakers and then proceeded to tell me that she was talking to another coworker so that was why she didn’t talk on the speaker

I had a friend pick up my mobile order through the drive thru. all the workers gave her was my drink. It was a $21 order. I called the store and they told me my door dasher must have reached over and just grabbed my drink. But it wasn’t through door dash and it was through the drive through. I told the woman on the phone that and she told me to just request a refund then. They also made my order completely wrong and it was barely full.

The slowest Dunkin I have ever experienced in my life. No I’m not talking about when they are busy. And every time I make a mobile order for two drinks they only make one and have to wait for the other one because they have no clue I ordered two. Update::: This location has a HUD and I have noticed that instead of referencing their HUD an employee mentioned that the system only printed two stickers. How about training your people how to use the HUD instead of basing orders on how many stickers are printed. Just an idea.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This morning my husband my self and my son all went there and first off they messed up my husband’s coffee so he told him and the blonde girl at the window got an attitude about it then she handed us our food and did not give us 2 of our hash browns and when we told her we still needed them she wanted to roll her eyes, like yes this is are problem maybe learn how to do your job. We have supported them from the time they have opened and gave them the benefit of the doubt of them just being new and trying to figure it out but they have yet to figure it out and it’s ridiculous. So do better!!

I will never attempt to purchase anything from thos location ever again. Was just wanting to buy a dozen donuts, but after 15 minutes standing at the counter, with no acknowledgement from the staff, I walked out. Evidently this location is only a coffee shop and pickup location for online orders, because those are the only things that are focused on.

Asked for light ice not light drink as well. Have never had this big of a problem but normally always do cause they never listen to the light ice part but I just look over that. Lucky I didn’t have enough time to go in due to almost being late for work but given I pay 5 dollars for a drink it would be nice to get all the drink

I feel as a new business you would try to have people at the drive-thru be courteous. I ordered a coffee and munchkins, no good morning, no thank you and the end of my transaction. When the person opened the drive-window there was no communication at all. I will buy Dunkin’ coffee from Kroger and make it myself, at least I will be able tell myself thank-you! Will not go back!

Unbelievably slow no matter if you mobile order, go in to order, or go through the drive thru. Standing in line and have watched three people walk out because they are just refusing to take care of people waiting in line.

9:34 on 8/8/23. Drive thru signs and building lights on, cars in the parking lot. Drove up to order, was told ‘sorry, we closed at 9:00’. I said, ‘ok, but your signage is on’, to indicate that possibly they had left it on by accident. The response was a curt ‘have a nice night’. Rude.
