Twice we’ve had issues with ordering items dairy free. We asked to substitute almond milk and they put both regular milk and almond milk in the drinks. We didn’t even notice until we looked at the cup and saw both milks listed on the sticker and we had driven off. Also they don’t even have a phone number listed to call and complain. I tried calling the corporate Dunkin office and they didn’t even have the number

My friend and I had breakfast at DD. My friend ordered in the app. I decided to order inside, I received half of my order. 20 minutes went by my friend was still waiting. I finally got the remainder of my order which I might add was not even correct . The staff passed by my friend never acknowledging her standing at the counter waiting. Finally someone asked what she was waiting on, when she explained she had been waiting for the last 25 minutes she was informed they were out of pumpkin to make her iced coffee. Her food had been ready and sitting there. They had no intention of letting her know that they were out of pumpkin, this was the 4th time in a row that her order had been screwed up. It was a terrible experience.

I went here on a Saturday at 8 am. Drive thru was not long, but I opted to go in. There was only one person in front of me, so I figured I’d be on my way in no time. I ordered 2 XL black coffees with no extras. It took close to 10 minutes to get my order. If they had to brew more coffee, it was never indicated. In fact, the staff was not very outgoing for a coffee shop, and I felt unwanted. Hard to say I’d I’ll ever go back, unfortunately for me because the coffee was great.

I went with my son after his award ceremony for second grade and he enjoyed our dining in time. The ladies were all very kind and patient with his questions on the donuts, the food was fresh and good quality, store appeared cleaned and well kept, and all the workers were working really hard and fast but still stayed pleasant. I stop here almost every morning and I love their iced coffee and lattes. My only complaint is that the carrot cake muffin doesn’t come with the icing on to like is shown in the picture and half the muffin sticks to the paper liner. Other than that it’s delicious.

GLASGOW, KY, I ordered a Caramel Craze large iced I get to the window she tried to tell me I ordered a medium something with two something, she then rolled her eyes and went and got someone else who came back and said I will fix it so you ordered two medium something with a everything muffin, no I didn’t I once again repeated what I ordered. She then said you don’t have to get smart and I said neither do you.

I used Google maps to find a dunkin donuts. Maps took us to a gas station that had nothing DD about it. The previous reviews seems there used to be one. We headed for McDonald’s and found the REAL Dunkin donuts shop. Went in to order. I made 2 mistakes on my end in my order and they were very accommodating seeing as how busy they were. It was nice.
