As some of y’all know, it’s a VERY rare occasion that I visit a “fast food” establishment. Not because I’m snobby, it’s just that I prefer to support local businesses, food trucks, etc. That said … I was blown away by my Dunkin experience this morning. From the lovely welcome by the 2 delightful young ladies behind the counter, to yummy the breakfast sandwiches we ordered, and the lattes that put Starbucks to shame (plus cost 1/2 as much) – it was a truly great experience. Bonus points for the adorable Dunkin’ lip gloss key chains, meticulously clean bathroom, and ample parking. Only wish I’d gotten those teammates’ names so I could properly shout them out and suggest they get a raise. To be clear, this was the Dunkin across from the Campbell Lane Kroger. ❤ ❤ ps: second visit was even better! Props to the young man in training and the staff in general. Y’all have def have a repeat customer in me! ❤

Haven’t been to this Dunkin in a very long time because their coffee was always disgusting, been going for a few years to the one on the bypass! I was on Nashville Road side of town today, and thought, that maybe I would stop there. BIG mistake, coffee still is disgusting! Was like swamp water! Never again will I go there. Waste of money!

I think it’s necessary to give a business three strikes before you write them off. With that being said, I’ll only be going to the By-pass location from here on out. I get the same drink every morning and today I can taste the difference. I have nothing bad to say about the staff, however if you don’t know how to make coffee drinks, maybe seek a job elsewhere? Practice makes perfect, I understand… when it comes to coffee drinkers, we expect to get what we asked for.

This place has gone down steadily. It used to be good and then it became hit or miss and now it’s just awful. I used to go at least 3-4 days a week and but I have to call it quits because it’s just a waste of money, time and expectation. Twice now they’ve either not gotten the order correct or things missing from the order. Kaitlyn, the so called mananger, doesn’t know what she’s doing. Her solution to missing items or incorrectly made drinks is for us to drive back with all the items to replace them. You’d think you’d train your staff to do their job correctly instead of teaching them to steal from patrons by not giving them what they paid for. It’s understandable if it happens once or twice but when it becomes a regular occurence then it’s poor management and staff. I’d rather make the sign of the cross and take my chances with a gas station or hobo with a coffee stand on the side of a freeway LOL. At least I’ll know what I’m getting.
