Ordered 12 jelly donuts. They have the best donuts and two caramel craze signature iced latte. Also tried the butter pecan frozen latte and turtle signature iced latte. Now they have new cups for sale

Their coffee is always really good. It’s better than other name brand coffee shops. They blend everything in really well and are very quick. I’d still recommend ordering through the app if your in a hurry and go inside to have your coffee immediately ready. Only due to the drive thru being packed alot.

So annoyed with this location. You wait no matter how any people are working for over 20 minutes. I ordered this morning and by the time I got to the window they sold out of my drink mix after I had all ready ordered. I’ll order a large and it’s only ever half way filled. Their prices have gone up little by little for less and less product. I won’t be back to loneoak location. I’ll go out of my way.

Had to repeat the order to the lady at the register 5 times for an iced caramel latte and then we still got regular coffee. Tried to get a refund and she said i can just add caramel. Was also messing others orders up

I’m usually not one to down a business for taking long because I myself work in customer service and understand the struggles. However, customers having to wait in the drive thru for 35+ minutes in the mornings is absolutely ridiculous. I got in the line this morning at 750AM and I didn’t leave until 830. They seem to be more worried about doing mobile orders instead of getting the orders done for customers that are in the drive thru waiting. I waited at the window alone for 10 minutes before ever receiving my coffee. I’m assuming they forgot about me since after I paid and received my food, they told me to wait for my coffee, closed the window, then came back 5 minutes later trying to charge me for someone else’s order then asking what I even had. I asked what the problem was and that I had to be at work and the girl at the window seemed to not even care. There was probably 7-8 employees in there working just from what I could see so I’m not sure why the drive thru was taking so long. This isn’t the first time this has happened by no means, but after this morning having to wait 35+ minutes for a coffee and pastry, I will not be back at this location. I was already 15 minutes late to work when I finally got my coffee or I would’ve asked for a manager. Not cool Dunkin- get it together.

Great customer service and they make the coffee i order perfectly which is a large iced caramel craze signature latte ex shot of espresso and my husband orders regular large iced caramel latte with extra espresso as well and both have been perfect every time!! Wish I could take this location with me when I leave for Tennessee lol ‍♀️

Paducah runs on Dunkin’ People! If they don’t then they go down the street to Red’s donuts or across town to Munal’s donut shop and get fat and fed. It’s that simple folks!

I pulled to the drive-thru to order. I sat there for several minutes until I believed the drive-thru was not open. As I pulled around the was a SUV at the window. I’m not sure what was going but I could tell the person working the window knows the SUV people. I decided to walkin and order and dine inside. The coffee & donuts and service were good once inside the building.
