Usually I don’t write reviews but this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve gone to this location since it was more convenient for me this morning and I ordered a small hot chai latte. It’s half full and tastes like watered down milk. I should’ve said something when I grabbed it bc I could feel how light it was but I was on my way to work and thought that maybe it was just bc of the foam on top. I’ve been to 2 other Florence/Erlanger locations and it’s never like this.

The people work at this location are rude obnoxious and make fun of every single customer that comes through drive-through. I’ve heard them, and what they have said whenever you say, hold on a minute let me look see what you got on the board somebody will make a smart remark that you can hear over is the intercom ( they must new glasses,) so I will no longer recommend this location to anyone to purchase. If the employees knew how to answer the walk-up window, and not just look at someone standing there for five minutes and dart around the corner out of sight. You can ring the doorbell but it is unclear if they are aware of it’s purpose.
